Entry is open to all Australian residents of Australia (“Eligible Entrant”). Should the winner be under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on their behalf. Online – go to www.fancyfeast.com.au/promotion and find the “FANCY FEAST World Gourmet Experience Promotion” link and follow the prompts to submit your entry. (Note - keep your original proofs of purchase and 25 barcodes from your Eligible Purchase in a safe place until after the prize draw in order to claim a prize if your online entry is drawn.)
Entry is limited to once per eligible purchase.
The Promoter reserves the right to require any entrant to provide their proof of Eligible Purchase for every entry they made during the Promotion Period in order to claim a prize. The prize draw will be conducted at 4pm on 24 November 2010 at Unit 6, 106 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100. The first valid entry drawn will win the major prize and the next 100 valid entries drawn will each win a minor prize.
All winners will be notified by phone and in writing. The name and postcode of the major prize winner will be published in The Australian on 9 December 2010 and all winners’ names and postcodes will appear at www.fancyfeast.com.au
Total prize pool is valued at up to $75,000.
Prizes are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
