Recipe Winners (10 winners in total)

   1. From a shortlist of two hundred and fifty (250) recipes selected by the Promoter, ten (10) recipes will be chosen by Better Homes and Gardens for publication in the Lenard's Cookbook ("Ten Cookbook Recipes"). The decision by the Promoter and Better Homes and Gardens will be based on the following criteria: taste appeal, originality, practicality (i.e. use of easily available ingredients) and visual appeal. Recipes will be scored and ranked based on these criteria.

   2. The Cookbook will be published in the March 2011 edition of Better Homes and Gardens magazine.

Major Prize (1st Placed Recipe Winner)

   3. Of the Ten Cookbook Recipes chosen for publication by Better Homes & Gardens, the recipe which receives the most consumer votes will be deemed the 'Peoples' Choice' recipe. In the case of a tie for the most votes, the Promoter will break the tie to determine in its absolute discretion who the 'Peoples' Choice' winner is. The tie will be broken by judging the tied top entries on the basis of the following criteria: taste appeal, originality, practicality (i.e. use of easily available ingredients) and visual appeal. The eventual 'People's Choice' winner will receive the Major Prize ("Prize Winner").

   4. The Major Prize Winner will win a new kitchen package, valued at up to $20,000 depending on the Major Prize Winner's residential address as submitted on entry. Kitchen package includes a "Kitchen Connection" kitchen valued up to $15,000 (kitchen consisting of cabinetry, laminate bench tops and appliances), plus a cheque for $5,000 AUD from the Promoter to be used towards the cost of delivery and installation of the kitchen package. Any additional delivery and installation costs above $5,000 AUD are to be met by the Major Prize Winner. The Promoter's kitchen partner "Kitchen Connection" will work in consultation with the Major Prize Winner to design the kitchen package of their choice. Major Prize Winner can select from the product range available at the time of redemption by visiting their local Kitchen Connection showroom. See kitchenconnection.com.au or phone 1800 700 777 for your nearest showroom. Kitchen Connection is not responsible for the installation or delivery of any of the selected kitchen products. Major Prize Winner's Kitchen prize is not redeemable for cash, is not transferrable and must be redeemed within 12 months of the Major Prize Winner being drawn as a winner. Any unused value or goods not redeemed or collected within this timeframe will be forfeited by the Major Prize Winner.

Apple iPad Winners (2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Placed Recipe Winners)

   5. The nine (9) remaining recipes from the Ten Cookbook Recipes (i.e. the Ten Cookbook Recipes excluding the Major Prize Winner) will be assessed by Better Homes and Gardens and ranked from 2nd to 10th place.

   6. The individuals who submitted the four (4) recipes placed 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, as judged by Better Homes and Gardens will each receive an Apple iPad (Wi-Fi 16GB) valued at $629.
