Apple® Gift Cards Promotion Terms and Conditions
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
General

1. Information on how to enter the NRMA Safer Driving School Get Online promotion and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

2. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions of entry.

3. The promoter is NRMA Safer Driving School, trading as NRMA Motoring & Services (Promoter) ABN 77 000 010 506 of Level 2, 9 George St, North Strathfield NSW 2137.

4. The Promotion commences at 8:00 am (AEST) on 28 June 2010 and entries close at 5:00 pm (AEST) on 5 September 2010 (Promotional Period).

5. Entry is open to NSW and ACT residents only.

How to Enter

6. a) To receive one (1) entry into the prize draw, NSW and ACT residents must call 1300 696 762 to register their details and include name, address, email, telephone number and any other information so requested.

b) Entrants will receive an additional two (2) entries into the prize draw for every lesson booked and paid for during the Promotional Period. Lessons can be booked and paid online at http://www.nrmasaferdriving.com.au/ or via telephone 1300 696 762 for NSW residents. ACT residents can only book and pay for lessons through calling 1300 696 762.

7. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part.

Eligibility
8. Franchisees and Employees of the Promoter (Employees) and their Related Bodies Corporate (as this term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and such Franchisees and Employees' immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

9. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify, at any time during or after the closing of the Promotion, the validity of all entries, to disqualify any entrant who submits incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries or tampers with the entry process or uses any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly.

10. Entrants must notify the Promoter in writing of any changes of email address, residential address or phone number.

11. Winners who cannot be reached at the email address, address or telephone number provided on their entry will be disqualified.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to:

    a) verify the validity of entries and entrants including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence; and/or

    b) disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is, in its reasonable opinion, not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

Draws and Prizes
13.  All draws will take place at the Salmat Interactive Level 17, 100 Arthur St, North Sydney NSW Australia 2060 There will be ten (10) draws in total as follows:

    a) Draw 1, 2, 3 and 4 at 4:00pm (AEST) 27 July 2010 for weekly entries received between:

    Week 1: 12:00am on 28 June 2010 and 11:59pm on 04 July 2010 (Draw 1)
    Week 2: 12:00am on 05 July 2010 and 11:59pm on 11 July 2010 (Draw 2)
    Week 3: 12:00am on 12 July 2010 and 11:59pm on 18 July 2010 (Draw 3)
    Week 4: 12:00am on 19 July 2010 and 11:59pm on 25 July 2010 (Draw 4)

    b) Draw 5, 4:00pm (AEST) 3 August 2010 for entries received between 12:00am on 26 July 2010 and 11:59pm on 1 August 2010

    c) Draw 6, 4:00pm (AEST) 10 August 2010 for entries received between 12:00am on 2 August 2010 and 11:59pm on 08 August 2010

    d) Draw 7, 4:00pm (AEST) 17 August 2010 for entries received between 12:00am on 09 August 2010 and 11:59pm on 15 August 2010

    e) Draw 8, 4:00pm (AEST) 24 August 2010 for entries received between 12:00am on 16 August 2010 and 11:59pm on 22 August 2010

    f) Draw 9, 4:00pm (AEST) 31 August 2010 for entries received between 12:00am on 23 August 2010 and 11:59pm on 29 August 2010

    g) Draw 10, 4:00pm (AEST) 8 September 2010 for entries received between 12:00am on 30 August 2010 and 11:59pm on 05 September 2010

14. There are ten (10) prizes to be given away. The first one (1) valid entry drawn from the total number of entries received per week of the Promotional Period, will each win a $1,000 Apple Store Gift Card across the 10-week Promotional Period. There is one (1) prize per winner.

15. The total prize pool value is $10,000.

16. Individual prizes are valued at $1,000. No individual prize will exceed $1,000.

17. The prize value is correct at time of printing and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in the prize value. Voucher use is subject to the terms and conditions of the Voucher issuer.

18. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize of equal value or specification, subject to any written directions given by the appropriate State or Territory Lottery Departments. No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. All prize values are in Australian dollars.

19. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.

20. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.

21. Winners will be notified by email on:

    a) 29 July 2010 for Draw 1, 2, 3 and 4
    b) 5 August 2010 for Draw 5
    c) 12 August 2010 for Draw 6
    d) 19 August 2010 for Draw 7
    e) 26 August 2010 for Draw 8
    f) 2 September 2010 for Draw 9
    g) 9 September July 2010 for Draw 10

And weekly winners' names will be published on http://www.nrmasaferdriving.com.au/

    a) 30 July 2010 for Draw 1, 2, 3 and 4
    b) 6 August 2010 for Draw 5
    c) 13 August 2010 for Draw 6
    d) 20 August 2010 for Draw 7
    e) 27 August 2010 for Draw 8
    f) 3 September 2010 for Draw 9
    g) 11 September July 2010 for Draw 10

Only winners will receive written notification.

22. If for any reason a winner does not take an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, or chooses not to participate in the promotion, then that prize, or element thereof, will be forfeited.

23. The draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place at 4:00pm (AEST) on 14 December 2010, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, and subsequent winner/s will receive an email and have their names published on http://www.nrmasaferdriving.com.au/ on 16 December 2010.
Personal Information and Privacy

24. Entry into the Promotion constitutes the entrants consent to permit the Promoter, and any of its partners, contractors, agents or related body corporates, to use the entrants personal information including name, age, membership number and image, mobile phone number, email address and any other information provided to the Promoter by the entrant pursuant to this competition, in whole or part, in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without remuneration, limitation or restriction, including for promotional and advertising purposes to promote the Promoter, its business and related companies.

25. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, send electronic messages or telephone the entrant.

26. The Promoter must:

    a) procure that its employees, agents and contractors, act in accordance with the Privacy Law in dealing with any Personal Information of an entrant; and

    b) do anything reasonably required to comply with the Privacy Law.

27. Entrants can request access, provide updates, opt-out or correct their personal information by contacting the Promoter's Privacy Officer in writing at Level 2, 9 George Street, North Strathfield NSW 2137 or via email at privacy.officer@mynrma.com.au.

28. Entrants can find information on how their personal information is used by reading the Promoter's privacy policy.

Disclaimer

29. to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, and any of its partners, contractors, agents or related body corporates (including any directors, officers, and employees thereof), will not be liable for any loss, personal injury or damage whatsoever (including direct or consequential loss), whether as a result of participation in this Promotion, the Promoter's negligence or otherwise.

30. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.

31. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, for any reason whatsoever, without liability.

32. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner's name and/or photograph for publicity purposes without any further reference, payment, compensation or remuneration to the winner(s). It is a Condition of Entry into this promotion that the winner will consent to the Promoter doing so.

1. The Promoter has obtained the following permits in regard to the Promotion:
