register your chosen name for the Baby Dolphin. The winning entry will also win a fabulous trip to Sea World including flights and accommodation.

How to EnterTo be eligible to enter, the consumer must purchase any Eveready Dolphin product (“participating products”) between 09.00 AEST on 16/08/2010 and 17.00 AEST on 13/09/2010 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, the consumer must go online to
www.evereadydolphin.com.au follow the prompts and submit their personal details and their chosen Baby Dolphin Name along with their Meaning/ Reason for choosing it, during the Promotional Period.
Entrants must retain a photocopy of their store receipt(s) as proof of purchase.Terms and ConditionsInformation on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents. The consumer must have a parent or guardian’s consent if under the age of 18. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating outlets and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
Entrants must retain a photocopy of ALL of their store receipt(s) for ALL entries as proof of purchase. If for example you enter 10 times, and one of those entries is drawn as a winner, you will be required to provide photocopies of store receipts for all 10 entries. Failure to produce the required photocopy of their receipt(s) for ALL entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize or offer. Entries are deemed accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.
Promotion commences at 09.00 AEST on 16/08/2010 and closes at 17.00 AEST on 13/09/2010 (“Promotional Period”). Judgement will take place at 09.00 AEST at Level 2, 50 Yeo Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 on 14/09/2010. The Major Prize winner will be notified by mail and email and/or phone. The Winner’s name will be published in The Australian on 20/09/2010. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be picked on the most appropriate and creative name for Sea World’s baby dolphin with a sufficient justification/ meaning for the name as deemed by the promoter. In the event that the Promoter is of the opinion proposed names submitted by entrants are not suitable the Promoter may elect to draw a random prize winner but shall not be bound to use the proposed name submitted by such winner.
The winning chosen entry from all entries received in the Major Prize Draw will win the Major Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless stipulated otherwise.
Prize must be booked at least 30 days prior to travel date. Accommodation in a resort room using existing bedding (two double beds). Prize is subject to availability and cannot be taken during Queensland school holidays (17th September – 4th October; 10th December – 24th January; 15th April – 26th April; 24th June- 11th July; 16th September – 3rd October)or Gold Coast 600 Race Week (22nd – 24th October).
If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
If any prize or offer is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
For any unclaimed prizes, the second best entry will be awarded the major prize on 20/12/2010 at Level 2, 50 Yeo Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089 at AEDST 09.00 subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winners name will be published in The Australian on 23/12/2010.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source and by those entrants invalid.
