HOW TO ENTER

www.facebook.com/bigwaustralia; Follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, and list their Top 10 Movie Preferences (from the list provided), personal details including their email address and submit the fully completed entry form by 11.59pm AEST on 04/09/10.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and above. Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, its associated companies and advertising agencies are ineligible to enter or win. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following: (a) a maximum of one (1) entry permitted per person per day; and (b) each entry must be submitted in accordance with entry requirements.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on 19/08/10. Final entries close at 11.59pm AEST on 04/09/10 ("Promotional Period"). The draws will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Level 4, 448 St Kilda Road Melbourne VIC 3004.
There will be a daily draw to correspond with each day of the promotional period. Each daily draw will take place at 3pm AEST on the following business day, with the first draw taking place on 20/08/10 and the final daily draw taking place on 06/09/10 (17 daily draws in total). Non-winning entries in each daily draw will be entered into any subsequent daily draws and all entries (including winners of daily draws) will be entered into the Major Prize Draw.
The first valid entry drawn from each daily draw will win DVDs of the winner's choice (subject to availability) from Big W stock, up to the value of $200. The Daily Prize will be awarded to each winner in the form of a voucher. Daily prize winners must collect their DVDs from Big W.
The Major Prize Draw will take place at 3pm AEST on 13/09/10. The first valid entry drawn from all entries received will win 1001 DVDs valued at up to $12,000. The Promoter will determine in its absolute discretion the DVD titles to be awarded to the Major Prize winner.
Winners will be notified by email and telephone. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes will be delivered to winners within 28 days of the draw. Total prize pool is valued at up to $15,400. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless specified otherwise. The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
The Major Prize winner will be published in The Australian Newspaper on 17/09/10 and on
www.bigw1001movies.com.au.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 14/01/11 at 3pm at the same place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners will be notified by email and telephone. Any Major Prize winner will also be published in The Australian on 18/01/11.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without any remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
