Gourmet Traveller, Ilve and Signé invite you to vote for your favourite restaurant for the chance to win a coffee machine or a hamper of premium wines.
You've eaten every flavour of Peter Gilmore's snow-egg dessert and know the Rockpool Bar & Grill wine list by heart. In both cities. Yes, you spend way too much time in restaurants. Food has taken over your life. Turn the vice into a virtue by casting your vote for what you think is Australia's best restaurant in our Australian Gourmet Traveller Readers' Choice Awards, in association with our sponsors Ilve and Signé, the boutique drinks division of Pernod Ricard Australia.

While the Gourmet reviewers have handed out their awards in the 2011 Restaurant Guide, here is your chance to have a say and nominate your favourite dining experience. Vote for your favourite restaurant by making a selection from the Restaurant Guide's top 100 restaurants. Not only will you have the opportunity to unleash your inner restaurant critic, but you will also be in the running to win spectacular prizes from Ilve and Signé.

For your chance to win one of these fantastic prizes and to vote for your favourite restaurant simply tell us in 25 words or less 'why your chosen restaurant is your favourite'. Don't forget, you must make your selection from the Top 100 list in the Australian Gourmet Traveller 2011 Australian Restaurant Guide, which has been produced in association with Signé.

 
MAJOR PRIZE

Five lucky winners will each receive their very own Ilve Dream coffee machine valued at $1,099. If you dream of home coffee that doesn't involve a kettle and a jar of stale granules, Ilve's Dream series of domestic coffee machines combines professional technical precision with world-class hand-built craftsmanship, plus a little bit of fun.



RUNNER-UP PRIZE

Two runners-up will each receive an exclusive hamper of premium wines and spirits from Signé including Cuvée Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque, Church Road Cabernet Merlot and Beefeater 24, valued at $450 each.

2.Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3.To enter, log onto www.gourmettraveller.com.au and sign up to the e-newsletter. Register your details and tell us in 25 words or less' Which restaurant as featured in the Australian Gourmet Traveller Top 100 is your favourite and why?'
4.Participants must fill out, in full, all mandatory elements of the promotion entry form in order for their entry to be valid.
5.This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring between the date of printing and the date the prize is claimed. Prize value mentioned is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at the time of printing.
6.The promotion commences 10:00am, AEST 25 August, 2010, and closes at 00:01am, AEST 31 October 2010. The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges. Judging will begin on 15 November, 2010 at 11am at the judges' premises. The winner will be notified by mail using contact details provided in their entry.
7.The first five (5) best entries as deemed by the judges will win an ILVE Dream Coffee machine valued at $1,099.00 each.
8.The next two (2) best entries will win a Signe Hamper valued at $450.00 each and includes; a) one (1) x bottle of Cuvée Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque; b) one (1) x bottle of Church Road Cabernet Merlot; c) one (1) x bottle of Beefeater 24.
9.Total prize pool is valued at $6,395.00.
