    To be eligible to enter, individuals must log onto www.hotdockets.com.au follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form during the promotional period.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    2. Entry is open to residents from Australia, aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

    3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

    4. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

    5. Only one entry permitted per person.

    6. The promotion commences at 00.01am AEST on 01/06/2010 and closes at 17.00pm AEST on 07/10/2010 (“Promotional Period”). There will be 14 minor prizes and 1 major prize in total. Commencing on 1/07/2010 and continuing until 30/09/2010, each week for 14 weeks, 1 winner will be drawn who will each receive a Coles $250 Gift Card. Each weekly draw will take place at Level 4, 62-64 Riley Street East Sydney 2010 NSW, Australia, every Thursday at 16.00pm AEST. The final major prize draw for a $1,500 Coles Gift Card will take place on 08/10/2010 at the same time and place as the minor draws. All winners will be notified in writing via email within 2 working days of each draw and the Major prize winner’s name will be published on www.hotdockets.com.au on the 13/10/2010. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    7. Any and all costs associated with collecting the prize (including but not limited to airfares, transport, accommodation and meals) are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

    8. Total prize pool is $5,000.00 AUD. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

    9. If necessary, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw on the 10/01/2011 in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. All non-winning entries will be included in the unclaimed prize draw. In the event of any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, the winners will be notified in writing via email within 2 working days of the draw and their names published on www.hotdockets.com.au on 14/01/2011.

    10. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

    11. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.

    12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

    13. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

    14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

    15. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
