How to enter:
To be eligible to enter, consumers must purchase any one OMO product (powder or liquid) from a participating Woolworths store between 9.00am AEDST on 30/08/10 and 5.00pm AEDST on 27/09/10. Last mail entries received 28/09/10 (the “Promotional Period”) and enter in one of the following ways:
a.By Internet Log on to
www.omo.com.au/woolworths and fill in their personal details along with their OMO product barcode purchases and Woolworths store receipt number during the Promotional Period.
OR
b.By Internet Complete entry form found in store and send in with a photocopy of Woolworths store receipt showing the OMO product purchased during the promotional period to “OMO Have a Go Promotion” Locked Bag 7000, Neutral Bay NSW 2089. All mail entries must be received by the 28/09/10.
All entrants must retain originals of all store purchase receipts for all entries as proof of purchase. Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase for each entry made to verify all entries before awarding the prize. Failure to provide these to the Promoter upon request may, at the Promoter’s discretion; result in an invalid entry (and, at the Promoter's discretion, in all of the entrant's entries being invalid). Entries are deemed accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of posting.

Employees of the Promoter, participating Woolworths stores, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter. If the Major Prize winner is under the age of 18, the Major Prize winner must be accompanied by that Major Prize winner’s parent or guardian while taking part in the Major Prize.
3.Incomplete or indecipherable entries and claims will be deemed invalid.
4.Promotion commences at 09.00am 30/08/10 and entries close at 5.00pm 27/09/10 or last mail entries received 28/09/10 ("Promotional Period"). 5.Daily Prize draws will take place each day at 5.00pm AEDST from all entries received. The first draw will take place on the 31/08/10. All draws will be for the entries received up to 12am the day before. The final daily draw will take place at 5:00pm on the 29/09/10. All entries received on Saturday and Sundays will be drawn the following Monday from entries received on those days. All draws will be conducted at Level 2, 50 Yeo St, Neutral Bay NSW 2089. All winners will be notified by mail and phone and their name and state published in The Australian on the 04/10/10.6.
There will be 28 Daily Prizes to be won, each at the value of $1,100. The prize will be awarded in 2 parts: i) a $1,000 cheque which can be used to purchase sports equipment for the nominated team, and ii) a $100 Woolworths Wish Gift Card for the personal use of the entrant. Total value of Daily Prize Pool is $30,800.00. 7.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the use of techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs, for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8.If any prize or offer is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or offer with a prize or offer to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
9.The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 29/12/10 at 5.00pm in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given by a regulatory authority. In the event of a winner of the Major Prize in the unclaimed prize draw, their name will be published in The Australian newspaper on 03/12/10.
10.Entrants are limited to one entry per product purchased. Proof of purchase for every entry submitted, in the form of a photocopy of an original store purchase receipt(s), must be provided on the Promoter’s request in order to claim the prize. Where a copy of the receipt is not provided on request, or the receipt/s records a purchase outside of the promotional period, the entry will be deemed invalid and the prize will be re-drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11.The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source and by those entrants invalid.
12.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
13.Cost of accessing the Internet is the entrant’s responsibility. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete or incomprehensible entries. 5. Consumers who upload a photo of their team in action shot onto the promotional website will go into the Major Prize competition to win a professional training session for their team. All Major Prize entries will be judged on the 29/09/10 at 5:00pm AEST from all entries received, judging is based on creative merit. Final judging will be conducted at Level 2, 50 Yeo Street Neutral Bay 2089.
6. The Major Prize draw is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter. The winning entry will be judged based on creative merit for the best team photograph. The winning entry will be notified by mail and phone within 2 days of the Major Prize judging.
7. Creative merit is accredited to the photograph, which most encapsulates the attitude and actions around 'having a go', and encouraging kids to get out and try new things without having to worry about getting dirty, because you have confidence in OMO to clean up afterwards.

The best photo uploaded will win a professional training session for their team. The prize package includes professional team players* visiting the winner’s team at a selected venue. The professional team players will then hold a specially designed training program with the winning team. The Major Prize is valued at $20,000RRP.*Restrictions to the major prize. The professional team players will be determined by Promoter and dependent upon availability. National and International sports teams are excluded.
9. The Total Prize Pool value is $20,000 RRP Travel clause
Transport will be provided for the Major prize, which will be held at a selected sports field/venue within the winners state. Any additional travel costs will be at the sole cost and responsibility of the prize winner, their respective team members and their families.
