To be in the running you will need to .....

Submit a comprehensive overview of your teaching week.  The title of your submission will be.... A Week in 'YOUR CLASS / HOMESCHOOL'.

Submission Guidelines...

*Title must start as .... A Week in.... 'your class / homeschool'.
*Must be appropriate to the 0-8 age teaching environment.
*Will start with an overview of your teaching situation - ages of children / how many etc..
*Must be at least 300 words.
*Must include specific details of how you run a 'typical' week in your classroom / homeschool.
*Must include at least 1 picture and no more than 4 of your favourite area of your classroom / homeroom setup and why. (no children's faces please)

Your submissions will become a page on our website for other teachers / parents to view, comment, and learn from.

We have employed 4 early educational consultants to independently judge the submissions using the following 3 main criteria...


*Is the content educationally sound and age appropriate.
*Is the content written clearly and easily understood - so to be helpful for other teachers and parents.
*Does it contain some innovative teaching ideas and concepts.

Winners will be announced on our website NOVEMBER 10, 2010 at midnight (AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Winners will be officially notified by email on November 10, 2010 at midnight (AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time)

IPAD will be purchased over the internet on behalf of the winner - from the online APPLE STORE closes to where the winner resides.
