You're reading that condition in isolation from the lead in sentence to the list which says
* 6. Each promotional STREETS PADDLE POP stick will contain one of the following promotional icons and messages:
....
                  7. either one of three(3) jewel icons with either “ELEMAGIKA ADVENTURE HOLIDAY” or “YOU ARE AN INSTANT WINNER! ELEMAGIKA ADVENTURE HOLIDAY”;

It's explaining the different possibilities that can appear on your stick.

Hi Guys,   is my supermarket selling OLD Paddlepops from the last promo????????
The weekly entry codes on our sticks are alpha numeric six digit, in this format ***-*** and the codes aren't being accepted on the website registration page (it states the codes are 8 digit, yet shows an image of only 6...abc123).   
I emailed the company a week ago for clarification and am waiting to hear anything back.   
Have I been sold last years Paddlepops?  The use by date is 03/09/11.

Palm tree's, part of a holiday maybe?   

Definitely 6 digit ***-***.  And we've got about 14 more to eat & expose.  
I looked at the pictures on the website & mine definitely do not match.  

I've scanned in a picture of them but don't know how to upload them!

I just tried to enter a code and got this message:

'This code is now locked and can't be entered'

Has anyone else got this. I wonder why its now locked. Have all the prizes been claimed maybe??? It was for the scooter.

Second chance draw prizes over $250 were supposed to be published in Aust on 2lst May, but I can't remember if they were.  Otherwise, surely some small prizes will start arriving soon.
