Terms & Conditions - “Eat, Pray, Love” – Village Cinemas Promotion
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to all Victorian and Tasmanian residents who are 18 years and older
and are current Village Movie Club (VMC) members. VMC members must log in
when purchasing their Village Cinemas tickets to „Eat Pray Love‟ online at
villagecinemas.com.au or scan their VMC card at the ticket box during the
promotional period to automatically go into the draw to win.
3. The Promoter, other entities and agencies associated with this competition, their
related bodies corporate and each of their officers, agents, employees and
immediate family of any of them are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means
spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the
employee.
4. By entering this promotion, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by these terms
and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to
disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry
that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
5. The competition commences at 12.01am AEST on 23/09/2010 and closes at
midnight AEST on 20/10/2010 („Promotion Period‟).
6. To enter, Village Movie Club Members must have included all required Village
Movie Club membership details, their name, address, email and phone details, and
activated their membership card online at villagecinemas.com.au
7. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for any ineligible or lost entries or
entries submitted or received by the Promoter after the closing date. Entries that do
not comply with these terms and conditions are incomplete, or submitted or received
by the Promoter after the closing date will be declared void.
8. The competition prize draw for the winner will take place at 12.00pm AEST on
21/10/2010, at the office of the Promoter, located at Level 2 / 180 St Kilda Rd, St
Kilda VIC 3182. All winners will be contacted immediately by phone and mail relying
on contact details provided by the entrant. The result of the prize draw is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
9. The first eligible entry drawn will win the Major Prize.

10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other
goods or services nor can they be re-sold. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for
any variation in the value, performance, or availability of any prize. The Promoter
reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize for a prize of equivalent or greater
retail value if, for any reason beyond the Promoter‟s control, the Promoters are not
able to give the prize winner the advertised prize, subject to State legislation. Any
incidental costs relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
11. Prize is for travel after 20 January 2011 and before 31st December 2011, and strictly subject to availability
12. Winner must claim, redeem and have confirmed prize booking no later than 31st December 2010.
13. The prize is valued at approximately AUD$4,900 total for 2 people travelling together, as stipulated above
14. Only 1 prize is available and the prize cannot be broken up and redeemed in parts or separately, or by any other person other than the winner. Proof of identity will be required.
15. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services, or any travel related products or services.
16. The prize must be acknowledged and booking confirmed by 31st December 2010. Travel must be completed as per the dates above. Failure to redeem the prize by the required date or undertake the prize as stipulated will result in full forfeiture of the prize.
17. 'Top up' of the prize is allowed, where the purchase of additional travel products and services from Creative Holidays is added to the prize. This will be at full retail cost to the winner.
18. All other costs and incidentals are to be borne by the winner, including any incidental taxes and government surcharges not directly related to the travel booking (e.g. credit card charges for any additional payments).
19. The prize is strictly subject to availability with the prize booking unable to be made until the winners names are provided to Creative Holidays by the promoter.
