i. To enter, individuals must register to subscribe to the Sidchrome newsletter by visiting www.truckloadsoftools.com, input the requested details including full name, last name, a valid email address, mobile telephone number, residential address and occupation, tick the opt-in box to consent to receive future promotional and marketing information from the Promoter, and submit the fully completed entry form between 8/10/10 and 5pm AEDST on 26/11/10 ("Promotional Period"). Individuals will then receive one (1) entry into the relevant weekly prize draw and the major prize draw.
ii. Each entrant will also be notified instantly online whether or not they are a winner of any instant prizes. All valid entries received (from winners and non-winners of an instant prize) will automatically receive one (1) entry into a weekly prize draw and the major prize draw.
iii. Entrants are also eligible to receive five (5) bonus entries into the major prize draw after submitting their entry, if they then follow the prompts on the website to refer at least one (1) friend/family member to enter this promotion and submit the fully completed bonus entry form during the Promotional Period.IV. Each entrant will receive entries into the major prize draw for every friend/family member who subsequently enters this promotion during the Promotional Period.V. Entrants should only nominate friends and family members with whom they have a direct relationship and who consent to receiving information about these types of promotions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who subscribe to the Sidchrome newsletter during the Promotional Period. Entrants must still have that valid subscription to the Sidchrome newsletter at the time of the relevant draw in order to be eligible to claim a prize.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries that include an incorrect or fake email address will also be deemed invalid.
6. Limit of one (1) entry permitted per subscription to the Sidchrome newsletter per person. Limit of five (5) bonus entries per person for every friend/family member who subsequently enters this promotion.7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
8. Promotion commences on 8/10/10. Entries close for each weekly prize draw at 5pm AEDST on the dates specified in the table below. Final entries for the major prize draw and claims for instant win prizes close 5pm AEDST on 26/11/10. All draws will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Level 4, 448 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004 at 2pm on the dates specified in the table below. Un-drawn entries in each weekly prize draw will be entered into any subsequent weekly prize draws and all entries (including winners in a weekly prize draw) will be entered into the major prize draw.

9. All winners from a prize draw (including any unclaimed prize draw) will be notified by telephone and email. Instant win prize winners will be notified immediately online.
10. Winners (from weekly prize draws 1 - 4) will have their names published in The Australian newspaper on 16/11/10. Winners (from weekly prize draws 5 - 7, the major prize draw and any winners of an instant prize valued at over $250) will also be published in The Australian newspaper on 7/12/10.
11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. There will be 500 instant win prizes available to be won as part of this promotion as follows:

Weekly prize draws
13. The first valid entry drawn in each weekly prize draw will win a Sidchrome 69 Piece 3/8 inch drive Metric & A/F combination tool set valued at $299.
Major prize draw
14. The first valid entry drawn in the major prize draw will win a half day experience with Team Bray (including Victor Bray) valued at up to $2,100, depending on date and point of departure. Major prize includes: a driving experience with Team Bray and a Sidchrome 176 piece - 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch and 1/2 inch drive apprentice tool kit valued at $1,599. Prize must be taken at a location and date nominated by the Promoter (which will be between 1/12/10 and 1/6/11), to coincide with Victor Bray's availability and is subject to booking and flight availability. The winner of the major prize will be notified of the exact location and date by the Promoter, as soon as practicable.
15. The winner of the major prize will also receive return economy class airfares from their nearest capital city to the city where the half day experience with Victor Bray will take place and return transfers from the airport to the place where the half day experience with Victor Bray will take place.
If the winner of the major prize is from the same city where the half day experience with Victor Bray will take place, the major prize does not include airfares and airport transfers and the airfares and airport transfers component of the major prize is not redeemable for cash. In such circumstances, the winner of the major prize must make their own way to the place where the half day experience with Victor Bray will take place and any costs to do so will be at the winner's expense.
16. Spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, accommodation, items of a personal nature and all other ancillary costs are not included. The winner of the major prize is responsible for ensuring that they have any valid travel documentation. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Major prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
17. The winner of the major prize ("Driving Experience Prize") acknowledges that the driving experience with Team Bray may involve dangerous activities, which may result in injury or death, and participates at his/her own risk. Team Bray will provide the Driving Experience Prize ("Prize Supplier"). Winner: (a) must attend, undergo and pass any appropriate training, briefings, safety demonstrations, required medical tests and other requirements (including blood alcohol testing) of the Promoter and the Prize Supplier as determined by them in their absolute discretion; (b) must declare to the Promoter or the Prize Supplier any health-related issues that may affect his/her safe participation in the Driving Experience Prize and obtain a written clearance from their doctor in this respect; (c) must not have any heart condition or history thereof, or other medical conditions that would make it dangerous to participate in the Driving Experience Prize; (d) must not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol; (e) must comply with all directions of the Promoter, the Prize Supplier, the nominated driver and race officials; and (f) must wear all safety and other equipment required. The Promoter and the Prize Supplier in their absolute discretion (a) will nominate a qualified driver; (b) reserve the right to refuse to allow the winner to take part in any or all aspects of the Driving Experience Prize if they reasonably believe the winner poses a safety risk or for any other reason; (c) may cancel the Driving Experience Prize if the conditions are deemed dangerous. If the Driving Experience Prize is varied for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter it may not be rescheduled and in which case, no compensation will be offered.
18. The Driving Experience Prize awarded as part of the major prize provides the winner with an opportunity to meet one or more members of Team Bray (including Victor Bray), and an opportunity to have a photograph taken with the Team Bray. These elements of the major prize are not guaranteed and are subject to the goodwill of Team Bray on the day. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and will not offer any alternative in the event that these elements of the major prize cannot be offered for any reason.
19. The next two (2) valid entries drawn in the major prize draw will each win a Sidchrome 176 piece - 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch and 1/2 inch drive apprentice tool kit valued at $1,599 each.
20. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
21. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
22. Total prize pool value is up to $65,000.
23. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
24. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 8/3/11 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Unclaimed prize draw winners will have their names published in The Australian newspaper on 15/3/11.
25. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
26. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
27. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
28. Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Any instant win prizes that are part of the advertised total prize pool will be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw.
29. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the appearance of Victor Bray and/or any or all of the members of Team Bray is/are cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of a prize or taking of the major prize.
30. As a condition of accepting a prize, a winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
31. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
