Terms & Conditions: Target Napoleon Perdis LA Competition.
1.Information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2.Entry is only open to residents of Australia age 18 years and older who satisfy the entry requirements as stated in clause 4, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion.
3.The promotion commences Thursday 14th October 2010 an 12:01am and ends Thursday 11th November 2010 at 11.59pm AEST. The prize draw will be conducted on Wednesday 17th November 2010 at 10:00am AEST at the office of Salmat Interactive Level 1, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060. Winners will be notified in writing. The major prize winners will be published in The Australian on Monday 22nd November 2010 and the major and minor prize winners will be available online at
www.designersfortarget.com.au.
4.To enter, participants must first purchase two (2) of the participating products from the new range of NP Set as listed from any participating Target store during the promotional period.,

3.Participants are required to retain their purchase receipt as proof of purchase, failure to produce any purchase receipt when requested, may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a participant’s entries and forfeits any right to a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
5.There are four (4) major prizes to be won of a Napoleon Style travel package for two (2) to LA. The prize includes;
1.Return economy flights for two (2) from the winner’s nearest capital city to LA.
2.Five (5) nights twin share accommodation in a minimum four star hotel.
3.Lunch with Napoleon Perdis (Subject to availability).
4.A photo opportunity and a Napoleon Perdis make up master class with a member of the Napoleon Perdis team.
5.Winners and companions must be able to travel between 01/02/2011 and 15/02/2011.
6.Hotel and event transfers.
7.$2000.00 AUD spending money.
8.It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they and their companion have the correct travel documentation in order to take this prize; this includes a valid passport, entry visa into the USA. Travel insurance is not included in this prize and winners are advised to seek independent advice on this matter.
9.All ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner unless stated above. This includes; taxes, hotel service, transport, meals and entertainment.
10.Total cost of the Napoleon Style travel package is valued up to $10,000.
6.There are 10 minor prize of a signed copy of Napoleon Perdis’ book “Forever Flawless” valued at RRP $39.99 along with a $100 Target Gift Card.
7.Total prize pool is valued at $41,399.90 AUD.
8.The winner’s must take the prize as offered. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash excluding the cash component of the prize.
9.Should the major prize winner be unable to travel during the event then the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.
10.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is for some reason unavailable subject to gaming authority approval.
11.It is the entrant’s responsibility to advise the Promoter of any change of personal details
12.If a major prize is unclaimed by 5:00pm AEDT on Friday 31st December 2010, then a second draw will be conducted at 10:00am on Wednesday 5th January 2011 at the office of Salmat Interactive Level 1, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 subject to any written directions given by the relevant state lottery and gaming regulators and winners will be notified in writing and will have their details published in the Australian Public Notices on Friday 7th January 2011. For unclaimed minor prizes an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Wednesday 23rd February 2011 and any winners will be notified in writing and published on the website
www.designersfortarget.com.au.
13.The Promoter and it’s agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by you or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of the competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
14.The Promoter and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomprehensible or incorrect entries in the competition. The Promoter and its agencies also accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings in the competition. You should seek Independent financial advice about such matters.
15.In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or (without limitation) any other event outside our reasonable control, the Promoter is entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition - subject to any written directions from the various regulatory bodies responsible for supervising the conduct of the competition (the Lotteries Departments).
16.If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, we are entitled in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and (subject to any written directions given by the various Lotteries Departments), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
17.The winners release the Promoter and their related bodies corporate, it’s agencies and suppliers of the prize from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoter or the prize which can not be excluded by law.
18.The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the promotion, such as photo shoots or articles that may be written.
19.The Promoter collects your information to include you in this competition and will disclose the information to others who help us run the competition. The Promoter may also use the information to assist us in improving our goods and services and to contact you in the future in regard to our other goods and services. The Promoter may share your information with other persons or entities that assist us in performing the above or with another company which provides prizes for the competition. The Promoter may disclose entrants personal information if requested to any government agencies as required by law.
