1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by each Entrant.
2. Entry is limited to Australian residents who are current Optus consumer residential customers (“Entrants”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 01/10/2010 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDST) on 07/11/2010 (“Promotional Period”). 4. To enter, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit
www.yestickets.com.au, and then either: (a) register their details as requested, then click on the “A-League Season Pass” link. The promotional A-League page will then be displayed and Entrants will be required to nominate which is their favourite A-League team they would like to win tickets to see play live; or (b) login to the member’s page (in the case of Entrants who are already registered members of ‘Yes’ Tickets) and click on the “A-League Season Pass” link. The promotional A-League page will then be displayed and Entrants will be required to enter their details and nominate which is their favourite A-League team they would like to win tickets to see play live.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. An Entrant must be current Optus consumer residential customer at the time of the draw to be eligible to win.
7. Only one (1) entry permitted person.
8. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Entrant will be deemed to be the person in whose name the relevant Optus ‘yes’ Tickets account is held.
9. Entries will be divided into the following groups (based on which team the Entrant has nominated to see play live): Sydney FC, Gold Coast United, Newcastle Jets, Melbourne Heart, Perth Glory, Brisbane Roar, Central Coast Mariners, North QLD Fury, Melbourne Victory and Adelaide United. All valid entries received will be entered into the corresponding draw of the Entrant’s nominated team. There will be one (1) draw for each group, ten (10) draws in total.
10. All draws will take place at Optus, 1 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113 on 08/11/2010 at 3.00pm AEDST. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible Entrant is drawn. Winners will be notified by mail. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The first five (5) valid entries drawn in each group will the relevant prize for that group. Details of the prizes to be awarded in each draw are below:

12. Redemption of the tickets is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the tickets. Any ancillary or additional costs associated with attending an event, including without limitation travel to and from the event, are the responsibility of the winner and their companion.
13. The ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organizers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or his/her companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
14. If for any reason a winner does not redeem the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
15. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
16. Total prize pool is valued at $9,390. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 08/02/2011 at the same time and place as the original draw to award a prize of equivalent value, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing.
18. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
19. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
20. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if an A-League game is cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; or (g) attendance at a prize event.
21. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers agents, contractors, service providers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, research, profiling and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Entrant.
