MIND YOUR LANGUAGE THE COMPLETE LWT SERIES DVD GIVEAWAY

Madman DVD / Region 4 / Released October 2010

A few years ago we were lucky enough to interview the late Vince Powell and one of his proudest creations was the late 1970's ITV sitcom Mind Your Language and this month Madman release the entire LWT series in a four disc set and to celebrate we have three copies to give away!

Starring Barry Evans as teacher Jeremy Brown doing his best to try and teach English to a group of mature foreign students. Co-starring the gorgeous Francoise Pascal as the sexy French student who has the hots for Mr Brown as well as the likes of Albert Moses (who played Ranjeet) and George Camiller (Giovanni) the series hasn't been seen that often in recent years because of some of the stereotyping of the main players but thankfully these days we can see past that and return to the basic raison d'etre of any situation comedy - is it funny? And yes Mind Your Language is great, still very funny and a great slice of British 1970's TV.

The four disc set includes all 29 episodes from the LWT run of the series as well as seven audio commentaries with key members of the cast and Vince Powell himself.

Our competition runs until November 5, 2010. To be in with a chance to win one of three box sets of Mind Your Language: The Complete LWT Series all you have to do is tell us who plays the college principal on the show? Also don't forget about our rather splendid daily newsletter. If you haven't signed up for this yet then what are you waiting for, a daily hit of all the latest stories, comps, reviews, features and news happening in the world of Memorable TV.

Entries must be sent to competition@memorabletv.com and must be titled "Mind Your Language". Good Luck!
