You will win a trip for you and a friend to Brisbane for three nights. This will include flights, accommodation and transfers. We'll even transfer you from your hotel to and from the Wagon Wheels rocket launch in a limo (this is the preferred terra firma transport of four out of five astronauts) and we'll even throw in $500 spending money so you can buy all sorts of space related necessities, like toilet paper and 500 pencils (everyone knows pens don't work in space).
Most importantly of all you'll win the money can't buy opportunity to be the very first person in the world to send Wagon Wheels into space* by pressing the big red button on our specially constructed rocket! Even Neil Armstrong can't claim that! Moon landing. Pah!

HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter individuals must:
1. Visit

2. Follow the prompts to the Rocket Launch Wagon Wheel promotion; and
3. Complete the registration form in full by 11.59pm AEDST on 25/11/10.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and above who are available to travel on 02/12/10. Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, its associated companies, advertising agencies and participating retailers are ineligible to enter or win. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per person each day; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. 6. Competition commences at 12.01am AEDST on 11/10/10. Entries close at 11.59pm AEDST on 25/11/10.
7. A draw will take place from all valid entries received on 26/11/10 at 3pm AEDST at Greeneagle Distribution & Fulfilment, Unit 10/20-28 Rickety Street, Mascot NSW 2020 Winner will be notified in writing and via telephone and will have their name published in The Australian Newspaper on 30/11/2010 and on

8. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The first valid entry drawn for will win a Rocket Launch Holiday valued at up to AU$4,790. Major prize includes return economy airfares for 2 people from the winner’s nearest capital city to Brisbane QLD (if required), return limousine transfers to and from Brisbane airport to Oakes Aurora Apartments Brisbane, three (3) nights accommodation in a 2 Bedroom apartment, AU$500 spending money, limousine transfer to the Cedar Grove, Rocket Launch Mission Control site, and a tour of site, including the opportunity to press a button to launch the Wagon Wheels rocket. If the winner is from QLD, then the prize does not include the airfare component and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash. Additional spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Rocket launch is scheduled for 1pm (QLD local time) on 03/12/10. Major prize winner must be available to fly on Thursday 02/12/10, subject to booking and flight availability. Once launched the rocket will travel approximately 1,500 metres upwards. The Rocket Launch is subject to fine weather and will not launch if weather conditions are deemed unfavourable or dangerous to the success of the Rocket Launch. If the Rocket Launch is cancelled due to bad weather, the launch will not be rescheduled to a later date.
10. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in.
11. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless specified otherwise. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
12. A draw for the prize, if it remains unclaimed, may take place on 28/02/11 at the same time and place as the original draw, to award a prize of equivalent value, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner (if any) will be notified in writing, via telephone and will have their name published in The Australian on 11/03/2011.
13. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without any remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters’ control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
15. In the event that the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in its discretion to the same or higher recommended retail value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments.
16. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
17. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any details (including but not limited to contact details) incorrectly entered on the website may invalidate the relevant entry, in the Promoters’ discretion.
18. All website entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotional database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.
19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited due to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion as appropriate.
20. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this promotion. To do this, the Promoter may disclose entrant’s personal information to other companies associated with this promotion, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and as required to State and Territory lottery departments. Winners’ names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. Entry into this promotion is conditional on entrant’s providing their personal information.
