At Medina, we’re always looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience when they stay at any of our hotels across Australia.

To help us learn more about what you love about travelling (and hotels) we’ve devised a short survey.

It only takes two minutes to complete and all entrants will go into the draw to WIN one of three weekends away at any Medina Apartment Hotel across Australia!

 Terms & Conditions – Medina Survey Competition
 
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. The promotion commences at 5pm AEST on 20th October 2010 and closes at 10:01 am AEST on 19th November 2010 (“Promotional Period”).

4. To enter the promotion, persons must, within the Promotional Period, complete all questions in the Medina Survey, including their name and email address.

5. The winners will be selected after 2.00 pm AEST on 19 November 2010. The winner will be notified via email immediately and a gift certificate for accommodation sent to winner via mail.

6. There will be three major prize winners, each receiving a gift voucher for accommodation to be used at winner's choice of Medina Apartment Hotel in Australia. Each gift voucher is valued at AU$900, with the total prize pool being valued at AU$2700.00.

7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash.

8. Prizes are not exchangeable for other goods and services or redeemable in cash. In the event that any component of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, subject to State legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize component with another prize or component of equal value and the Prize Winner will be notified accordingly.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

The Promoter reserves the right to require winners to provide proof of identity and/or proof of age. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If the winner of the Major prize is less than 18 years of age the winner must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for he duration of the prize.

All elements of the prize must be taken together.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to reselect a winner in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will reselect a new winner and notify new winner immediately.

10. Entry details will be used for the purposes of this competition and may be used for further marketing activities. The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.

11. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or a consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from incorrect details lodged by entrants.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the rules of any competition or any prizes offered or cancel any competition if it is no longer able to run the competition due to reasons beyond its control, subject to state legislation. The Promoter will not be liable for any losses to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.
