Hume Building Society Ltd ‘WIN 2 nights in Sydney and tickets to see TAP DOGS! Competition [the Competition] is subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. The Competition closes on Tuesday 30 November 2010.
2. All individual members of Hume Building Society Ltd on the date the competition closes who are over 18 years of age and are not directors or employees of Hume or their immediate families, and who hold an account with Hume on that date will be automatically entered in the draw. Members who are not the holder of an account (i.e. are only a signatory to an account) are not eligible.
3. There is one 'WIN 2 nights in Sydney and tickets to see TAP DOGS! prize [the Prize] only valued up to a maximum of $4,000.
4. The ‘WIN 2 nights in Sydney and tickets to see TAP DOGS! prize is not transferable or refundable and is not redeemable for cash. The prize includes:
> 2 tickets from Showbiz to see TAP DOGS
>Gift voucher from Four Seasons Hotel Sydney for 2 nights accommodation, Champagne on arrival and complimentary breakfast for 2 each day
> Gift voucher from the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney for 2 massages

The 2 Showbiz tickets are only valid for the Tap Dogs show on Saturday 22 January 2010 at 8.00pm. If the winner is unable to attend this show date, he or she must notify Hume prior to Friday 17 December 2010 in which case a Showbiz gift voucher to the same value as the ticket will be provided on request. No other refund or compensation will be provided.
All gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase and are subject to availability and their own terms and conditions.
5. The draw to determine the prize winner will be held on Friday 3rd December at Hume Building Society Ltd, ABN 85 051 868 556, 492 Olive Street, Albury, NSW, 2640 at 11.00am.
6. The name of the winner will be posted on the Hume website
www.humebuild.com.au. The winner will also be notified in writing.
7. Upon accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have a photo taken to be included in any Hume promotional material at no charge.
8. Should the winning person not claim their ‘WIN 2 nights in Sydney and tickets to see TAP DOGS!” prize within 1 month from the date the competition prize is drawn, Hume Building Society Ltd reserves the right to hold an unclaimed prize draw.
