Terms and Conditions:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Geelong Advertiser Proprietary Limited 191-195 Ryrie Street, Geelong Vic 3220. ABN. 59004090055.
3. Entry is available to Victorian residents only. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies, affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and their immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter.
4. Promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on 30/10/10 and ends at 5:00pm AEST 8/11/10.
5. Entry forms will appear in the Geelong Advertiser on the following days:

6. To enter, entrants must complete the entry form and mail it to: “Tiger Competition”, PO Box 91 Geelong Vic 3220. Entrants may also drop off their entry form into the Geelong Advertiser Reception at 191-192 Ryrie Street, Geelong Vic 3220 between 8.30am-5.00pm AEST Monday – Friday during the promotion period.
7. All entries must be received by the Promoter by 5:00pm AEST 8/11/10.
8. Entry forms must be originals. Photocopied and facsimiled coupons will be deemed invalid.
9. Entry forms must include the entrant’s full name, address, age and contact telephone number.
10. Entrants may enter as often as they like using the original entry coupon.11. The promotion is one of a game of chance. All valid entries will form part of a random draw.
12. The prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST Wednesday 10/11/10 at the office of the Geelong Advertiser 191-195 Ryrie St, Geelong Vic 3220.
13. 170 entries drawn will receive a $170 flight voucher from Tiger Airlines
14. Flights are to be booked to fly out of Avalon airport15. Flights must be booked from 15 November 2010 – 15 December 2010 for travel at any time.
16. Blackout periods apply. Vouchers cannot be used on the following dates:
• 17th Dec - 4th Jan 2010
• 8th April - 2nd May 2011
• 1st - 25th July 2011
• 23rd Sep - 17th Oct 2011
• 16th Dec - 4th Jan 2011
• 11th - 14th March 2011
• 9th - 14th June 2011
17. Total prize pool value is AUD $28,900.
18. Prize values are based on the recommended retail price at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value between now and the time of redemption.
19. Winners will be contacted by telephone and in writing within 7 working days of the draw. Winners and their details will be published in the Public Notices section of the Geelong Advertiser on 13/11/10.
20. Prizes must be collected from the Geelong Advertiser 191 – 195 Ryrie Street Geelong.21. The winners must, on request by the promoter, be able to provide evidence, which to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that the winner is an eligible entrant and has complied with these terms and conditions.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
23. The promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent but not received. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.
24. An unclaimed prize draw will take place three months after the first draw at 12.00pm 10/02/11 at the office of Geelong Advertiser 191-195 Ryrie St, Geelong Vic 3220. Winners will be contacted by telephone and in writing within 7 business days of the draw and winners will be published in the Public Notices section of the Geelong Advertiser on 14/02/11.
25. Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash or kind and must be taken as offered. No responsibility is taken for the winner’s loss of the prize.
26. The Promoter and companies associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize.
27. The personal information supplied to the Promoter is for the purpose of entering this competition only and may be used by us or any of our Australian related companies for future marketing and publicity purposes. This personal information may be disclosed to third parties to determine whether an entrant has breached the terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, you consent to us so using and disclosing your personal information for these purposes.
