1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied be a responsible adults.
3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 12pm AEST 27th October 2010 and closes 12pm AEST on 3rd November 2010.
4. To enter, log on to the NINETOFIVE website, follow the prompts and enter your valid name, address, email address and daytime phone number.
5. Prize is $400 worth of ZANEROBE clothing - ZANEROBE hat, board shorts, 2 x singlets, 2 x tees and denim shorts . Total prize value is $400. Winners details will be passed to a third party for prize redemption purposes.
6. The competition will be drawn Wednesday (November 3rd) upon closure of the competition.
7. This is a promotion based on skill, with 1 winner(s) picked based on their answer to the above question. The judge’s decision is final.
8. Winners will be announced on Thursday, the day after the competition is closed.

h. Any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
