9. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The Promoters will not be responsible if the prizes or any part of the prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control. In the event of such cancellation, re-scheduling or unavailability of the prizes, the Promoters will endeavor but are not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value. 10. The prize must be taken up and completed by 28 January 2012, or the prize will be forfeited. Bridgewater Mill restaurant will be closed between 1 July 2011 and 1 August 2011, and the lunch at Bridgewater Mill restaurant cannot be utilised during this period.

14. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize suppliers. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of the third party prize suppliers or otherwise as a result of the winner and their guest accepting and/or using a prize (even if caused by negligence), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The winner must provide a minimum of 2 month’s notice of their intended travel dates.
The prize is subject to select seat class availability with airline and specific room category availability with accommodation provider. Flights and accommodation are also subject to the participating airline’s and accommodation provider’s booking and reservations policies, with the airline and accommodation provider reserving the right to restrict bookings at any time. Prize is also subject to the availability of the other third party prize suppliers and their booking policies. Valid for 2 adult guests only.
In the event that flights and accommodation are unavailable on the winner’s requested dates, the winner must correspond with Croser via phone to the Petaluma Event Manager on +61 2 83358017 to find a mutually acceptable date.
The prize must be taken up and completed by 28 January 2012.
Return flight to Adelaide will be provided from the winner’s nearest capital city. It is the winner’s responsibility to make their own way to and from their nearest capital city airport, as transfers will not be provided between the winner’s home and the airport.
Transfers will be provided between Adelaide airport and the accommodation in the Adelaide Hills only.
The choice of airlines, and flight times will be selected by Croser on the corresponding dates to the accommodation booking. No correspondence will be entered into for the choice of flights, airlines and flight times.
All expenses (other than as specified in the prize) will be at the winner’s own expense (e.g. meals, drinks, transfers, room service, mini bar, movies etc).
Only 2 adult guests are permitted to stay in the accommodation.16.
