The Everyday Rewards and Frequent Shopper Club Program Win the Ultimate Ashes Experience for you and 3 Mates (the "Promotion") is a promotion conducted under the other benefits component of the Everyday Rewards and Frequent Shopper Club Program Program.
1. Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the prizes that may be won in the Promotion form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute right to disqualify any Cardholder from the Promotion if any entries do not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion is open to all members who have Registered for the Everyday Rewards Program at
everydayrewards.com.au (the “Website”), by telephoning the Customer Service Centre on 1300 10 1234
(the “Call Centre”), or by completing and returning the Everyday Rewards Registration Form to the address
specified on the Registration Form, who shop at any Participating Stores (Except in Tasmania). In Tasmania
only, the promotion is open to all members who have registered in store for the Frequent Shopper Club
Program. Entry into the Promotion is free. Directors, management and employees of Salmat Interactive Pty
Ltd and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be displayed in store at Woolworths or Safeway Liquor and BWS stores at the commencement of the Promotion.
3. Definitions within this Promotion:
Card means an Everyday Rewards Card issued by the Promoter as part of the
Everyday Rewards Program OR Frequent Shopper Club Card as part of the
Frequent Shopper Club Program (Tasmania only)
Cardholder means a person who holds an Everyday Rewards Card or Frequent Shopper
Club Card, and who is registered according to the Everyday Rewards Program or
Frequent Shopper Club Program database.
Promoter The Promoter and permit holder is Woolworths Ltd (ABN 88 000 014 675), 1
Woolworths Way, Bella Vista, 2153, NSW. Ph: 1300 767 969
Participating Stores means a Woolworths or Safeway Liquor or BWS store promoting the Everyday
Rewards program, located within Queensland, Western Australia, South
Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, Victoria or New South Wales. In
Tasmania, means a Beer Wine & Spirits (BWS) promoting the Frequent Shopper
Club program. Excludes the Northern Territory stores.
Promotion means the Everyday Rewards and Frequent Shopper Club Ultimate Ashes
Experience for you and 3 Mates promotion governed by these Terms &
Conditions of Entry and conducted as a promotion under the other benefits
component of the Everyday Rewards and Frequent Shopper Club Program.
Promotional Period means 12.01am 25/10/10 AEDT to midnight 21/11/10 AEDT
Registered means that all mandatory Cardholder information has been correctly completed
in the legal name of the Cardholder, according to the Everyday Rewards
database. Tasmania Frequent Shopper Club registration must be completed at a
BWS store.
4. Entries for the prize draw close on 2111/10 at midnight, AEDT
5. To enter the Promotion, a customer must purchase of a case of VB or VB Gold from a Participating Store and present their Registered Everyday Rewards Card or Frequent Shopper Club Card at the point of purchase (“Eligible Purchase”) during the Promotional Period. One entry will be recorded for each Eligible Purchase transaction and a maximum of one entry per Card will be recorded for any transactions within a single calendar day.
6. Breaking a single transaction into multiple amounts for use with one or more Cards is not permitted, and will void all Promotion entries attributable to such Cardholders.7. Prize winners will be determined by an automated random draw of all valid entries. Prize draws will take place at 12 noon AEDT on the Wednesday of the following week the draw being 24/11/10. The prize draws will take place at Salmat Interactive Pty Ltd, Level 1, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060.
8. The first valid entry randomly drawn will be the winner. The prize winner will be contacted in writing and their details published in The Australian on 09/12/2010. If a winning entry is invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be awarded by randomly drawing another entry in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
9. The prize comprises a 2010 Vodafone Ashes Boxing Day Test package for the winner and 3 companions (who must be aged 18 or over) consisting of tickets for the winner and each of their companions to attend the 2010 Vodafone Ashes Boxing Day Test at MCG Stadium, Melbourne from 26/12/2010 – 29/12/2010, at the discretion of the Promoter, and depending on the location of residence of the winner, the prize may also, at the discretion of the Promoter, include 4 return business class airfares to Melbourne from any Australian Capital city. 7 nights at the Crown Towers Hotel, South Bank (or Similar), including breakfast each day. Limousine transfers included from the Airport return and everyday limousine transfers to the MCG and return. Dinner each night valued at $120 per head which will be pre booked and pre payed with the restaurants each night. The prize also includes four cricket bats signed by the Australian Cricket Team, a tour of the official Australian Cricket Team changing room on Day 3 of the Boxing Day Test (28th December 2010) and $5,000 spending money in the form of a bank deposit into the winner's Australian bank account within 28 days of winning the prize If the prize does not include flights and airport transfers (as decided at the discretion of the Promoter), it will be the responsibility of the winner and their companions to get to/from their place of residence and Crown Towers Hotel. The prize is valued at up to $61,000 (inc GST), depending on the winner’s point of departure. Should an aspect of the prize be unavailable, it will be substituted for equal value. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.10. If a winner does not claim their prize within 3 weeks from the date of determination of that winner, their entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draws as are necessary. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00 noon AEDT on 15 December 2010, at the Level 1, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any Cardholder who is in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry or the Terms and Conditions of the Everyday Rewards and Frequent Shopper Club Program or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.
13. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
14. The Promoter may use any personal information that a Cardholder has provided to it as part of the Everyday Rewards or Frequent Shopper Club Program for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in
advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname, initial and Participating Supermarket location. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. Unless the Cardholder has opted-out of communication within their Registration, the Promoter may use personal information a Cardholder has provided to send the Cardholder information about Woolworths' products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centers, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose. The Promoter is bound
by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act (Cth) 1988. A copy of the Promoter's privacy
policy can be viewed at the Website. To request access to, or to update, personal information the Promoter holds about them, entrants can contact the Promoter in writing at Everyday Rewards, PO Box 8000, Baulkham

15. Cricket Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the International Cricket
program without notice. Neither the Promoter nor Cricket Australia accept responsibility for the cancellation or
delay of any day of any Test, One Day International or other match for any reason beyond the control of the
Promoter or Cricket Australia.
16. By entering this promotion entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent holder complies, with
the ticket conditions which accompany any tickets won in conjunction with the promotion. Entrants also agree
to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with Cricket Australia’s Conditions of Entry
into the Venue 2010/2011 supplemented by conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator. The Promoter
will provide every person attending the (Vodafone Ashes Series / Commonwealth Bank Series) match as part
of the promotion with a copy of the Cricket Australia’s Condition of Entry into the Venue 2010/2011 with
delivery of the prize tickets. Cricket Australia ticket code – CA 003.
17. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
