Who is your favourite Summerbeatz artist and why?1. Information on how to enter and prize forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents only. Directors, employees and their immediate families of SUPRÉ Pty Ltd (including spouse, parent, child or sibling whether or not they live in the same house) and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. Entry is open to consumers of all ages.
3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotion commences on 16th October 2010 at 9am and concludes on 7th November 2010 at 5.30pm (EST).
4. TO PARTICIPATE: To participate in the promotion you must, during the promotional period, spend $35 at any SUPRÉ stores in NSW, ACT, VIC, NT, TAS or WA. Entrants will receive a unique code on their receipt with their purchase. This unique code can be entered into the draw once only.
5. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, qualifying customers must during the promotional period complete the online entry page including full name, address, postcode, phone number, date of birth, email address, unique code and tell us in 25 words or less "who is your favourite Summerbeatz artist and why?".
Only valid entries will be entered into the draw. Multiple entries made on a single purchase will not be accepted. Entrants must be able to provide their receipt for all entries received.
6. COMPETITION DRAW: The first 20 valid entries (5 per state) drawn with the best answer to "who is your favourite Summerbeatz artist and why?" will be declared the winners once all purchases are validated by the Promoter. Winners will be contacted by phone, mail and details will be published online at
www.supre.com.au.
7. PRIZES – 1 ticket per winner
* 5 x Tickets to Summberbeatz 2010 in Brisbane for the 19th November 2010 (Friday)
* 5 x Tickets to Summberbeatz 2010 in Sydney for the 20th November 2010 (Saturday)
* 5 x Tickets to Summberbeatz 2010 in Perth for the 23rd November 2010 (Tuesday)
* 5 x Tickets to Summberbeatz 2010 in Melbourne for the 25th November 2010 (Thursday)
8. At the Promoters discretion, the winners will be required to provide proof of purchase/ receipts for all (winning and non winning) entries received during the promotional period before receiving their prize. Prizes are not transferable, nor exchangeable, nor can be taken as cash. This includes sale of a prize through a 3rd party provider i.e. eBay.
9. The Promoter's responsibility for the provision of prizes is limited to the prizes as described in these terms and conditions. The Promoter accepts no further liability or commitment beyond those stated and is not liable for failure of the Promoter's agents or contractors to supply the prizes as stated.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
11. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrants name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are the Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter unless a written request for anonymity is received from the winners.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. SUPRÉ reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who SUPRÉ has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, malfunction of any telephone network or line, providers or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information communicated in the course of or in connection with this Promotion.
16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may also use this information for the provision of marketing services and to keep you informed of products and services available at SUPRÉ.
