Entry is open to Australian Residents ONLY.

Entrants must register the details of their Carols by Candlelight Event by either completing a registration form and faxing back to the Promoter on 02 9889 5522, posting back to the Promoter at PO Box 48 NORTH RYDE BC NSW 1670 or complete and submit the online registration at www.safeflame.com.au. *
By completing the registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

By submitting your registration you agree to receive marketing and promotional material from the Promoter and their affiliated companies from time to time.

ONLY one entry per Carols by Candlelight event will be accepted. Should multiple entries be found, ONLY the first received will be accepted. *
All registrations will be checked for validity, valid entrants must complete all compulsory data within registration form. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that is found to falsified.

Competition commences on 1st August 2010 and closes at 5pm (AEST) on November 15th 2010, the winner will be drawn and announced on Friday 19th November 2010 at 12pm (AEDT). The successful winner will be notified by phone and email. If the winner has not claimed their prize by 5pm (AEDT) on 21st February 2011 the competition will be redrawn and the redraw winner announced at 12pm (AEDT) on 22nd February 2011.

The winner is required to reply to a confirmation e-mail to
register@safeflame.com.au stating their current address, their full name and contact phone number as well as a copy of their registration details. These details will be checked for validity against the Promoters records). If the confirmation email is not received by the Promoter within 7 days after the winner is first contacted, the prize is deemed forfeited. Please note that the prize will not be issued without this email confirmation. Prizes will only be sent to the address specified unless otherwise indicated by the winner. Prizes returned to the Promoter as unclaimed are deemed forfeited and will not be reissued at a later date.

This is a game of chance, skill plays no part in determining the winning entries. The determination of the winner by the Promoter will be final, entrants will have no right of appeal.
