General Terms and Conditions:
1.Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.The promotional period commences at 9am on Friday 29 October 2010 (EST) and concludes at 8am on Friday 10 December 2010 (EST) (“Promotional Period”).
3.There is a limit of one entry per Mo Bro/Sista.
4.Employees, officers, agents, sponsors, suppliers, and advisors of the Promoter and The Movember Foundation (“Movember”) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
5.Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid and the Promoter/Movember reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
6.If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of god or nature, civil unrest, strikes or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter/Movember, which in the Promoter/Movember’s opinion potentially or actually corrupt or adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, then subject to any compulsory law to the contrary the Promoter/Movember reserves the right to cancel the competition.
7.All prize values are in Australian dollars.
8.The Promoter is Isuzu UTE Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 80 129 563 739).
9.Movember, the Promoter and their related bodies corporate are not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) nor for any personal injury sustained in connection with the competition or the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Entrants participate in the competition at their own risk.
10.All entries become the property of Movember and all entrants’ details may be disclosed to the Promoter. All information contained in the entries and details of the winner will be held in accordance with the Movember Privacy Policy, which can be accessed by visiting
www.movember.com.
11.Any request to access, update or correct any information relating to the competition should be directed to Movember.
Minor Prizes
20.Eligible Entrants who also click on the link to visit the Movember Isuzu UTE website and sign up for D-MAIL will be automatically entered into the draw to win one of three $1,000 minor cash prizes that can be taken either in the form of a donation to Movember or the winners can elect to receive the minor prizes themselves. Any entries submitted before the official start of the promotional period on 29 October 2010 will be validly entered into the draw.
21.The minor prize winners will be determined by random selection from a database of Eligible Entrants who have signed up for D-MAIL. Email addresses and any other information submitted when signing up for D-MAIL may be used by Isuzu Ute Australia Pty Ltd for the purposes of contacting Eligible Entrants for promotional and marketing purposes.
22.The minor prize draws will take place at 9.00am on Friday 10 December 2010. The draws will be conducted at Isuzu Ute Australia Pty Ltd’s head office at 921 - 929 Kingsford Smith Drive, Eagle Farm, Queensland, 4009.
23.The winners of the minor prizes will be notified by telephone on Friday 10 December 2010. This will be confirmed in writing by mail or email and the winners names published in the Australian newspaper on 13 December 2010. Winners (and/or Movember) will receive the minor prizes by Friday 31 December 2010 via cheques in the mail.
24.Isuzu Ute Australia Pty Ltd’s decision as to the selection of the minor prize winners is final and not subject to negotiation. The minor prizes can only be claimed by verbal or written acceptance by the winners.
25.If the minor prize(s) are not claimed by Thursday 10 March 2011 a second chance draw(s) will take place at 11am on Friday 11 March 2011. The second chance draw(s) (if they occur) will take place at Isuzu Ute Australia Pty Ltd’s head office at 921 - 929 Kingsford Smith Drive, Eagle Farm, Queensland, 4009 and the winner(s) will be notified on Friday 10 March 2011 in the same manner as set out in clause 23. The name and suburb of the second chance minor prize winner(s) will be published on the website
www.movember.com and in the Australian newspaper on Monday
