Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. The prize is one Apple iPad valued up to $1,000.
2. The competition is open to Australian residents only.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. Minimum entry age is 15 years.
5. The competition opens 1 November 2010 and closes 24:00 EST 22 November 2010.
6. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. The draw will be conducted by the Principal at Australian College QED, Building Level 1, 410 Oxford Street Bondi Junction NSW Australia at 15:00 EST 23 November 2010. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner. a reserve entry will be drawn in case the prize is unclaimed.
8. The decision by the Principal is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. After the draw the winner will be published on the
www.australiancollege.edu.au website.
10. The winner has until 23 February 2010 to claim the prize. In the event the winner does not claim the prize by 23 February 2010 then the prize will be awarded to the reserve entry. An unclaimed prize draw at the same time and venue on 23 February 11. The prize will be delivered to the winner by courier at the discretion and expense of Australian College QED.
12. The winner will be notified by phone. If the winner is uncontactable be phone the winner will be notified by email.
13. Australian College QED reserves the right to limit entry and amend the rules if considered necessary.
14. Staff and contractors of Australian College QED Pty Ltd trading as Australian College QED (ABN 79111194015) telephone 02 93862500 and its associated entities are not permitted to enter the competition.
15. Your entry form may be used for marketing purposes by us but will not be sold or passed on to any other company.
16. Entry to the competition signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions. Authorised under NSW Permit No. LTPS/10/10788.
