3.To enter the competition, SMSPup members must

b.Download the SMSPup Facebook application
c.Be an active user of the SMSPup Facebook application during the promotion period
d.Comply with the SMSPup Site Terms and Conditions.
4.An active user is considered a member who regularly earns SMSPup points and regularly redeems rewards via the
www.smspup.com website, SMSPup iPhone app or the SMSPup Facebook app. Whether a SMSPup member is an active user will be judged by SMSPup at it's sole discretion.
5.The Promotion period begins 12th October 2010 at 1.00pm and ends on 30th November 2010 at 1.00pm.
6.Employees of Empowered Communications and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
7.The draw will take place at Empowered Communications, 102 York Street, South Melbourne, 3205 on the 30th November, 2010 at 2.00pm. Prize winners' names will be published on the website by 1/12/2010. Winners will be advised via email and in writing as detailed below.
8.There is 1 prize to be won. The first eligible entry drawn will receive a $2,000 cheque OR have $2,000 transferred into their nominated bank account. Total prize pool $2,000.
9.The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 22/02/2011 in order to distribute any prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such draw is required, the winner will be notified in writing on the 01/03/2011.
