2. Entry into this promotion is open to all Australian residents aged 10 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the ge of 18 to enter. Employees of mcm media and their immediate families, associated agencies of mcm media and companies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. Any person who within 365 days prior to the day on which the promotion first commenced has won a prize in value which is greater than or equal to $100 from another mcm media promotion is not eligible to enter.
3. To enter the promotion, Entrants are required to go to

www.thehothits.com click through to ?Harvey Norman Kinect for Xbox 360? and successfully complete a simple interactive game. The participant will then be asked to register their details. Entrants will be required to leave their details including name, date of birth, address, phone number and e-mail address. One complete and valid registration will provide the entrant one entry in the draw.
4. Incomplete, incorrect and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
5. Only one complete online registration will be accepted per day (midnight to midnight) from the same person. Multiple registrations in the same day will not provide multiple entries. Any participant who completes more than one online registration form per person, per day midnight until midnight) will have all entries apart from their original entry on that day deemed invalid.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any internet entries not received or included for any reason, including due to technical or other failure.
7. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant?s individual Internet Service Provider and the responsibility of the entrant.
8. Instant Win Prizes: 100 x Instant winner prizes will be available to random valid entrants during the promotional period. Participants will be notified online (via e-mail) if they are an nstant winner and what prize they have won. Entrants consent to receiving this electronic message. Instant winners will be issued a 6 digit Prize Claim Number as determined by the Beinteractive Pty Ltd Instant Win system. The 6 digit Prize Claim Number will need to be recorded by the participant for prize verification purposes. In the event of any dispute with the Promoter, or at the Promoter?s request, Instant Winners will be required to correctly quote their unique Prize Claim Number to be awarded their prize. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the awarding of an instant prize to a participant who cannot provide a valid, unique Prize Claim Number or does not meet the age restriction requirements. Any unclaimed or un-verified prizes will be awarded during the second chance draw.
9. The competition commences on Monday 8 November 2010 at 12:00pm (AEDT) and registration commences at this time. All registrations must be received by 12:00pm (AEDT) on Monday 6th December 2010. 10. At the conclusion of the competition all entrants excluding Instant Winning entries will be entered into a draw to win any un-won prizes. The draw will take place at Beinteractive, Level 8, 155 George St, Sydney NSW 2000 on Tuesday 7th December 2010 at 11:30 (AEDT). Any winners will be notified in writing within two days of the second chance prize draw date.
11. The Promoter shall conduct such further draws as may be necessary at 11:30am (AEDT) at Beinteractive Pty Ltd, Level 8, 155 George Street Sydney NSW 2000 on Monday 21st March 2011 to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject to State Regulation. Any winners will be notified in writing within two days of the unclaimed prize draw date. 12. Major Prizes: There will be 100 x prize winners. The winners will each receive a Xbox 360 Kinect Sensor valued at $199.00RRP each.
13. The total prize pool is valued at a maximum of $19,900.00
14. Only one prize per household will be awarded (excluding SA residents).
15. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
16. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby assigns to the Promoter all right, title and interest in and to all copyright in any material created pursuant to the winner?s participation in any aspect of the prize (Works). The winner acknowledges that the Promoter is free to use the Works and to exercise its rights in relation thereto and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use. 17. If the prizes are unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of similar value subject to state regulation. 17. 22. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof of identity, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. 23. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent.
