This Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older only, who own a business with a valid Australian Business Number. It commences 01.10.2010, and entries close on 30.11.2010 at 4.30pm AEST. The Promoter is Salt Corporation Pty Ltd (ACN 115 166 704) trading as Saltprint and Saltmedia.
The promotional material, information on how to enter and prize details form part of these rules. To be eligible to enter the competition, you must reply in accordance with the conditions specified in this Promotion. Employees of Salt Corporation and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. This Promotion is a game of skill not chance, and is judged by the Promoter, who's decision is final.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Promotion should be directed to Salt Corporation, not Facebook. Facebook has complete release from each Entrant and participant.
The major prize is valued at $10,000 AUD and includes: 'Logo Forum' Logo Design Package; Logo Style Guide; 'Designer Card' Business Card Design; Business Card Prepress Artwork Setup, 2 Sets of 1000 Business Cards Printed & Delivered; 1000 Standard Letterheads Designed & Printed & Delivered; 1000 With Compliments Slips Designed, Printed & Delivered; 1000 Notesheets Designed, Printed & Delivered; 1000 Postcards Designed, Printed & Delivered; 1000 A4 Flyers Designed, Printed & Delivered; 8 Page Static Website Designed & Deployed; 2 domains registered for minimum 12 months; Web & Email Hosting for 12 months; Social Media Campaign Concept Designed & Integrated into Website; 3 Social Media Static Tabs Designed & Deployed.
The major prize must be initiated in workflow by the 1st February 2011, and all prizes must be initiated in workflow by the 1st June 2011 otherwise the prize may be forfeited. Prizes cannot be transferred to another entity seperate from the Entrant, nor can it be exchanged for cash. Design, delivery and deployment of the prizes are subject to normal workflow processes and turnaround times.
Design services come with standard limitations to the amount of services provided, so the prize winner must adhere to standard design processes. Prize winners may choose to pay for extra design services if the prize priveldges have been used. All printing and design products and services offered by Salt Corporation are subject to it's standard Terms & Conditions. Design and deployment of the Website prize offered by the Promoter is subject to it's standard Website Agreement.
All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be used in print and all electronic media. The Promoter may use the Entrants' names, addresses and photographs for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. The Promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final. This content includes but is not limited to: descriptions & responses to questions both written and verbal, images both graphic and photographic, video and audio, all intellectual property both shared and publically available. By submitting content, Entrants also confirm that they are the legal owner or representative, or have obtained the legal right to share & distribute the content in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion.
