Devil is the latest supernatural thriller from M. Night Shyamalan’s (The Sixth Sense, Signs). In the film, a group of people is trapped in the elevator, and one of them is the devil.

www.fhm.com.au and correctly complete the online application and answer the proposed question in 25 words or less. Each entry must be sent in a separate application via
www.fhm.com.au. Eligible participants will be required to provide their own name, address, postcode, email address, DOB, gender and telephone number. The promoter takes no responsibility for any late, lost or mis-directed entries.
4. Entry is open to all legal residents of Australia. No purchase is necessary. Employees and their immediate families of ACP Magazines and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
5. The judging of the entries will commence on 13/12/2010 at 11:30 AEST at the offices of ACP Magazines, Level 24, 66 – 68 Goulburn Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Entries will be selected by a panel of judges and will be determined based on creativity of the answer. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
6. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
8. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
9. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.

11. The winner will be notified by telephone or mail. The prize will be sent to the winner’s address by post.
12. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.

17. Total prize pool is $700.00. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
