Terms & Conditions:
Grown Ups

   1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the Conditions of Entry.
   2. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and over, with a current Civic Video membership (“Members”). Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating outlets, associated companies and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The promoter is Civic Video Pty Ltd (67 003 851 152) 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria NSW 2015.
   3. The competition commences 10th November 2010 and ends 13th December 2010 at 4pm. The winners will be drawn at Civic Video Pty Ltd 110 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 on 27th December 2010 at 4pm.
   4. Limit one entry per rental or purchase transaction of “Grown Ups”.  Entry MUST be on original entry form provided by store or via official competition page on the Civic Video website. Proof of purchase must be presented to claim prize if winner declares purchase as validation for entry.
   5. To enter customers must rent or buy “Grown Ups” during the promotion period (10th November 2010 and 13th December 2010) at Civic Video Pty Ltd., complete the entry form at the counter and place it in the draw or enter online at www.civicvideo.com.au.
   6. The first valid entry drawn will win A family trip to Queensland (2 adults + 2 kids) including economy flights, 4 nights (4 star) accommodation, a family pass to Wet and Wild, Movie World and Seaworld plus Grown Ups on DVD.
   7. Travel conditions: All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. Travel is valid until 10th December 2011. Block out period includes special event periods, Australian public holiday periods, 10th December 2010 until the 15th January 2011 together with 10th July 2011 until 15th August 2011. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Sony Pictures or their agents at least 60 days prior to travel. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by the travel agencies of Sony Pictures and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is no refundable or transferable. In the event the winner is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Winner and companion must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated traveling companions as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. Prize winner and travel companions must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.
   8. Total prize pool is valued at up to $7000.
   9. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of the prize.
  10. Winner(s) will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 10th January 2011.
  11. Unclaimed prizes will be drawn on 4th April 2011 at Civic Video Pty Ltd, 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria at 4pm. Winner(s) from unclaimed prize drawn will be notified by mail and The Australian newspaper on 18th April 2011.
  12. Normal membership conditions apply.
  13. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding to any person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the prize.  Identification considered suitable for verification will be at the discretion of the Promoter.
