Terms and Conditions
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the competition terms and conditions of entry.
3. Entry is open to Australian Citizens and Residents aged 16 and over who purchase a specially marked 200g Airwick aerosol product during the Competition Period. Employees of the Promoter, participating supermarkets and agencies associated with this promotion, and the immediate families of the above listed persons are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter participant's must (a) register on-line at
www.airwickrewards.com.au; (b) enter the unique code found on the base of the Airwick aerosol product; (c) follow the prompts to the competition entry page; and (d) select a monthly draw to enter and enter that draw by clicking on the 'ENTER PRIZE DRAW' button and follow the prompts. Once you have entered the unique code you will receive 5 points and each 5 points you obtain will entitle you to an entry into the competition.
5. The Promotion commences on 1st October 2010 and ends 11.59pm on 31st May 2011 ('Competition Period').
6. There are prizes to be won each month as per Table A below.

7. The first 10 valid entries drawn for each of the monthly draws of December, March and April will each win the corresponding prize for that monthly draw as depicted in Table A. The first 15 valid entries drawn for the October, November and May monthly draws will each win the corresponding prize for that draw as depicted Table A. The first 25 valid entries drawn for the January and February monthly draws will each win the corresponding prize for that draw as depicted in Table A.
8. Entries in each monthly draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent monthly draws but will be entered into the major prize draw. All times indicated are AEDST unless specified otherwise. Each monthly draw will take place at 2pm at Hive, Unit 10, 10-12 George Street, Leichardt, NSW 2040 on the dates and times specified in Table B:

9. All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be included in the draw for the Major Prize of a new kitchen valued at $20,000. The draw for the new kitchen will take place at 11:00am on 3rd June 2011 at Hive, Unit 10, 10-12 George Street, Leichhardt, NSW 2040.

The first valid entry drawn from all entries received will win the major prize being a new kitchen valued at up to $20,000 (RRP) consisting of: (a) your choice of new kitchen appliances; (b) cupboards; and (c) design and fitting. The Promoter and/or Hive will determine the major prize provider and the major prize winner must liaise with the major prize provider. 11. The total prize pool value is up to $50,000.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the winner accepting a prize. If the winner is in any doubt they should seek independent financial advice.
13. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu.
14. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize to the equal value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
15. If the winner of any prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
16. The winners will be notified personally by email. The names of winners of prizes valued at over $250 will be posted on
www.airwickrewards.com.au on 9th June 2011 and published in the Australian Newspaper on 9th June 2011.
17. If required, an unclaimed prize draw may take place at the same place as the original draw at 11:00am AEST on 15th September 2011 subject to any written directions from any relevant regulatory authority. Winners will be notified by email and winner's names will posted on
www.airwickrewards.com.au on 22nd September 2011 and published in the Australian Newspaper on 22nd September 2011.
18. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
19. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.
20. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted for each 5 points submitted; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements; (c) only 5 points received once per each unique code submitted; (d) unrecognized codes will be deemed invalid.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process (including but not limited to tampering by way of use of automated entry software or techniques). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Entrants must retain original promotional Airwick product(s) clearly showing the unique code/s used to enter for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the original Airwick product(s) for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of all of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. 23. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
24. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
25. Except for any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these Terms and Conditions would contravene any statute or cause any part of these Terms and Conditions to be void ('Non Excludable Condition'), the Promoter and Hive exclude from these Terms and Conditions all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable Condition, the Promoter and Hive (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, without limitation, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's or Hive's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter or Hive) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or Hive; (d) any injury or damage to claimants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in this promotion; (e) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (f) any tax implications; and/or (g) a prize or use of a prize.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify:
(a) any entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including any entry made using unique codes that are obtained fraudulently, stolen, forged or tampered with in any way);
(b) any prize winner who fails to claim their prize by the time specified by the Promoter;
(c) all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process, operation of this competition and/or draw(s), acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Any prize awarded for a disqualified entry must be returned to the Promoter and the prize will be redrawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
27. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter or Hive which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter or Hive reserves the right, subject to any written directions given by any relevant regulatory authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.
28. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
29. Hive and the Promoter collect entrant's personal information in order to conduct this promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and for any purpose required under Australian lottery legislation or any other regulatory authority. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the promoter.
30. Each claimant consents to the Promoter using the claimant's name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration paid to the claimant, for promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, including promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
