Kleenex Cottonelle Free Trial Promotion – Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Kleenex Cottonelle Free Trial Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion commences 15 November 2010 at 10:00am AEST and closes 6 February 2011 at 11.59pm AEST (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are members of Kleenex Mums. If you are not already a member you can join online at www.kleenexmums.com.au. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
Entry
4. To enter (Entry) the entrant must:
(1) log onto www.poopooisland.com.au (PooPoo Island Promotional Website);
(2) click on the competition link on the PooPoo Island Promotional Website to enter the Promotion;
(3) complete all the information requested for Entry into the Promotion including:
(a) personal contact information; and
(b) a response to the Promotion question “In over 80 words, tell us a story about your toilet training trials and tribulations”;
(4) follow the link in the email sent by the Promoter to confirm Entry into the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
5. Entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time the entrant confirms the Entry by following the link in the email sent by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. A maximum of one (1) entry may be submitted per household per day during the Promotion Period. However each new entry must be accompanied by a unique response to the Promotion question.
7. All claims and entries are the property of the Promoter.
8. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Entry.
9. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs/ viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
10. Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will void all the entrant’s entries.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entries which do not meet validation criteria or which are not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

12. All valid entries received during an Entry Period will be placed into the draw for that Entry Period, and will also be placed into all subsequent draws held during the Promotion Period. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary for an unclaimed prize at Kimberly Clark Australia, 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point NSW 2061 on 9 May 2011 at 10.00am AEST, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities. The winners of any unclaimed prize will be notified in writing by e-mail within two (2) days of the relevant draw and details of the winner of any unclaimed prize will be published on the Kleenex Mums Website by 11 May 2011.
Prizes
14. The first fifty (50) valid entries drawn on each Draw Date electronically at random will win a sample of Kleenex Cottonelle Flushable Moist Wipes for Kids tub (42 sheets) (Kleenex Wipes Tub). The Kleenex Wipes Tub is valued at $4.98 each. There are 600 Kleenex Wipes Tubs to be won.
15. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $2,988.00. The value of the prize(s) is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s) after that date.
16. Each winner of a Kleenex Wipes Tub will be notified in writing by e-mail within two (2) days of the relevant draw. The names of the winners of the Kleenex Wipes Tub will be published on the Kleenex Mums Website by 11 February 2011.
17. The prizes (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prizes with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
General
18. All tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the Promotion or receiving, taking or using the Kleenex Wipes Tub except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the Conditions of Entry.
21. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
22. By entering this Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your response to the Promotion question (without attribution) on any publications and products the Promoter may chose and the editing of your response to the Promotion question prior to publication without consultation.
23. The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name, voice, image and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional compensation.
24. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on request).
