TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The competition commences 9.00am Monday 8 November 2010 and ends 12.00noon Friday 24 December 2010.

To enter, customers must spend $50 or more in any one single transaction at any retail store or Coles, or $10 at any café or food outlet within Burnside Village.

Entry forms are available from all retailers within Burnside Village. Each entry form must be stamped by the retailer with the official “Burnside Village Stamp” as proof of purchase before being placed in the entry barrel located next to the prize display.

The first complete entry drawn on Friday, 24 December 2010 at 1.00pm, at Burnside Village 447 Portrush Road Glenside South Australia 5065, will be declared the winner of the Audi A3 Sportsback 1.4T S tronic-Attraction valued at $41,000 as well as 12 months registration valued at $704, dealer delivery at $2,995 and stamp duty valued at $1,580. Total prize value of car is $46,279 drive away. Insurance cover will be provided up to and including the day of delivery to winner, after this time, the insurance cover is at the discretion of the vehicle winner.

The second complete entry drawn will be declared the winner of 2 State Theatre Company of South Australia’s 2011 season gold subscription packages, valued at $750 each. Each package includes tickets* to Opening Night performances of all 7 plays in the 2011 season, autographed play programs and the exclusive opportunity to mingle with cast and creative team at post show parties. *tickets subject to availability.

The total prize pool for this competition is valued at $47,779.

Entry forms will only be recognised as complete if they include all customer details and the official “Burnside Village” stamp.

In the event of a non-complete entry form being drawn first, subsequent entries will be drawn until winner is declared. Entries will be subject to verification by Burnside Village Centre Management. In the event of the winner being under 18 years of age, the prize will be given to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. Entry is open to all Burnside Village customers. Burnside Village employees, store owners, retailers and their families are ineligible to enter.

The winner will be notified by phone and mail on Wednesday 30 December 2010. The results will be published in The Advertiser on Friday 7 January 2011. The judge’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
