1. How to Claim

1  To qualify for this offer and have a chance to win, spend $50 or more in one transaction in any participating Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy (excluding prescription purchases and gift vouchers) between and including November 25th and December 6th 2010.

2  Upon a qualifying purchase, you will be provided with a coupon with a unique code. Enter the unique code on-line at: www.priceline.com.au by 31st December 2010 to see which reward (if any) you have won. Rewards consist of:
•   10,000 x Free Yoga sessions valued up to $20 each
•   5,000 x Free Pamper Treatments valued up to $30 each
•   5,000 x Free Personal Training sessions valued up to $50 each
•   2,000 x Free Cinema Tickets valued up to $18 each

3  Once your reward has been revealed on the website a form will be displayed for you to enter your name, email address, and contact details. You will then be required to select your preferred venue from a drop list. The venue selected by you cannot be changed once submitted.

4  Once the form is submitted by following the on-line instructions, you will receive an email (to the nominated email address specified in the form) within 7 working days with a voucher (excluding vouchers for Cinema, Weekend Getaways, Flights and Day Spa Experiences) outlining details of your selected venue, contact details and conditions of use.

5  For Cinema, Weekend Getaways, Flights and Day Spa Experience vouchers you will be contacted via phone or email (on your nominated contact details specified in the form) by a member of the Priceline Customer Service team to arrange delivery of your voucher.

6  To redeem all vouchers, print the voucher and call the venue to pre-book (Pre bookings are not necessary at Cinema’s or Free Day Out Venues). All bookings must be made by the 28th February 2011.

7  Cinema Vouchers – Pre booking is not necessary, however it’s advised that you contact the cinema and discuss availability for your preferred session. Prebooking is available; however will incur fees. See the individual reward terms for details.

8  Free Day Out Vouchers – Pre booking is not necessary, however you need to call the venue in advance to confirm you will be attending with their voucher.

9  The voucher needs to be submitted at the venue as proof of the promotional offer. Any lost vouchers will not be re issued and it’s your responsibility to hold on to the voucher in order to redeem this promotional offer.


2. General Terms and Conditions 

Terms 1-34 set out below apply to all rewards. For specific Terms and Conditions for individual rewards, please refer to their individual conditions as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

1  Information on how to claim the rewards on offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

2  This offer is only available to residents of Australia aged 18 or over. This offer is not available to TLC Marketing Worldwide Pty Ltd or agencies appointed by TLC and their immediate families.

3  Offer is only valid on retail purchases made between November 25th and December 6th 2010 to the value of $50 or more completed in one transaction in any participating Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy (excluding prescription purchases and gift vouchers).

4  To apply, eligible customers must spend $50 or more in one transaction, enter the supplied code on-line at www.priceline.com.au and complete and submit the form.

5  The closing date for receipt of claims is 31st December 2010. Claims must be received online via www.priceline.com.au. If you not have internet access please contact Priceline Customer Service on 1300 88 44 11 Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm EST.


6  Customers may only claim one voucher per venue/salon/therapist/trainer during the promotional period and promotional bookings must be made by 28th February 2011. E.g. a customer may not redeem another voucher with the same venue/salon/therapist/trainer as listed on the dedicated website and must be taken up at the chosen venue/salon/therapist/trainer by 30th April 2011 except for major prizes as listed in the terms & conditions below

7  The national prize pool consists of 102,017 Lucky Dip vouchers: Rewards (showing the number available in each state) consist of:

The value of the vouchers stated varies between venues/trainers/treatments types and duration of treatments. Rewards that are valued at less than the amount stated in these terms will not result in claimants getting additional services to make up the difference in value, nor will claimants be entitled to any refund or compensation.

9  If required, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw for prizes of more than $50. This draw will take place at AEST2.00pm on April 1, 2011 at QW Mailing, 39 Vore Street, Silverwater NSW 2128 in order to distribute any major prize/s unclaimed by that date, subject however to any directions from a regulatory authority. Any winners in the unclaimed prize draw of prizes valued at over $50 will have their name and postcode published in The Australian on April 18, 2011 and will be notified in writing.

10  The names of the winners of the Major Prizes of the Flight Centre & Accor Hotel vouchers will be published in The Australian on January 17, 2011, 2nd chance draw winners will be published on April 18, 2011 and will be notified in writing.

11  This offer is based on advance bookings only with the chosen therapist/venue/trainer made in accordance with ‘How to Claim’ instructions and is strictly subject to promotional availability.

12  On arrival at the venue/therapist/ trainer, the voucher must be presented to redeem the offer. If no voucher is produced, you must pay full price for your reward. The voucher may only be used once.

13  The voucher bearer must agree to the individual terms of participating therapists/venues/trainers (e.g. minimum age, hygiene, allergy tests, health requirements etc). The voucher bearer must discuss these terms with their chosen therapist/venue/trainer when they make their appointment.

14  All additional therapist/venue/trainer goods and services outside of the Priceline promotion (such as additional experiences/sessions, longer experiences/ sessions or product purchases) are to be paid for by the consumer at the full price. Additional customers will pay the full price and all future bookings with the therapist/venue/trainer will be charged at the full price.

15  Participating therapists/venues/trainers are all contracted to participate in the offer. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, TLC, and their respective agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for any therapists/venues/trainers declining acceptance of vouchers for reasons of their own. If for any reason a therapist/venue/trainer has to postpone a promotional booking they will contact the voucher bearer in advance to advise them. Participating therapists/venues/trainers reserve the right to vary times and offer availability (e.g. because of public holidays). Please note that this offer may exclude use during public and school holidays – please check with your allocated therapist/venue/trainer. Customers must call at least 24 hours in advance of their appointment to confirm their booking.

16  All cancellations/postponements of promotional bookings must be made direct with the chosen therapist/venue/trainer by the voucher bearer at least 48 hours in advance of the booked appointment. Failure to cancel/postpone within 48hrs or failure to show at the venue/therapist/trainer may result in the loss of your right to redeem the voucher and a cancellation charge may be incurred. Photocopied, illegible, damaged, altered or scanned vouchers will not be accepted.

18  Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and TLC (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s or TLC’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any voucher that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or TLC; (d) during participation in the experience (e) any featured venues/therapists/trainers participation in the offer being cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or TLC; (f) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; (g) quality or availability of any featured venue/therapist/trainer or (h) loss of opportunity to redeem the voucher because the customer failed to make a booking with the chosen venue/therapist/trainer before 28th February 2011, or failed to cancel/postpone an appointment made with the allocated therapist/venue/trainer within 48 hours of the appointment time, or failed to redeem a voucher before 30th April 2011.

19  The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by the internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the promotion. 21  At the conclusion of the lottery, all existing claims for prizes and entitlements to claims will be met nonwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.

22  Printing errors or other quality assurance matters outside the control of the individual player must not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize.

23  In the event of unforseen circumstances, the Promoter or TLC reserves the right to withdraw, change or substitute a reward with another reward of equal or greater value.

24  Prices (if any) and information presented are valid at the time of going to press and may be subject to change.

25  TLC and/or the Promoter will require your personal information for the purpose of conducting the offer, and may disclose this information to suppliers and/or their respective agents. 28  The Promoter, its agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss, injury or illness at participating therapists/venues/trainers, and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/availability of featured venues.

29  In the event of large demand from claimants, therapists/venues/trainers reserve the right to book voucher bearers up to 4 months from date of calling to make a promotional booking.

30  Any disputes pertaining to the use of the voucher(s) are strictly between customers and the participating therapist/venue/trainer.

31  Any persons taking advantage of this promotion does so on complete acceptance of these terms & conditions.

32  The Promoter shall also be bound by these Terms and Conditions and shall not encourage, persuade, promote, support or in any way assist in their breach.

3. Free Cinema Voucher 
Conditions of Use: These terms are to be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions which apply to all of the rewards.
1  The cinema offer entitles the bearer to one free cinema voucher, valid for use any day of the week, which is presented to the Box office and exchanged for a cinema ticket at a participating cinema. The cinema voucher may be used on one occasion only until the expiry date printed on the voucher.
2  Participating cinemas are Event Cinemas, Greater Union, Village and Birch Carroll & Coyle cinemas. Exclusions include Gold Class and Europa Cinemas, Movie Marathons or any other special screening. Surcharges apply to upgrade movie experience to Vmax theatres and 3D screenings.
3  The cinema voucher must be presented at a participating cinema and possession of a cinema voucher does not guarantee or reserve a seat - seating is subject to availability.
4  It is the responsibility of the holder to use the cinema voucher by the specified expiry date. The cinema voucher has been sold with the understanding that vouchers will not be extended or replaced.
5  The cinema voucher cannot be transferred or sold without the prior written consent of participating cinemas
6  Please note that due to advance booking policies the film and performance you wish to attend may be sold out and seats might not be available. Use of the cinema voucher is subject to availability and may be limited during public and school holidays.
7  Film classification rules apply. ID may be required.
8  The cinema voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other special or offer where the admission value of the special or offer is greater than the value of standard admission ticket.

4. Free Pamper Voucher 
Conditions of Use: These terms are to be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions which apply to all of the rewards.
1  The pamper voucher entitles the bearer to one of the following pamper treatments at one participating venue listed on the dedicated website: www.priceline.com.au. Treatments include, but are not limited to: facial, manicure, pedicure, tanning, waxing, massage, semi permanent make-up (i.e. eyelash tinting). Pamper treatment choices and the duration of treatments will vary from venue to venue. Some of the participating therapists may conduct pamper experiences at your home.
2  This offer is based on advance bookings only and bookings are strictly subject to promotional availability at participating salons/therapists.

5. Free Day Out Voucher 
Conditions of Use: These terms are to be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions which apply to all of the rewards.
1  The voucher entitles one person to one free adult admission at one participating venue listed on the dedicated website: www.priceline.com.au.
2  This offer is strictly subject to promotional availability at participating venues.
3  Free days out experiences include, but are not limited to: Bowling, Museums, Theme Parks and Zoos.
4  Customers may only claim one free days out voucher per booking group (defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder), per venue during the promotional period. E.g. a customer may not redeem another free days voucher at the same venue.
5  The voucher is not redeemable against booked parties or family tickets – except where otherwise stated.
6  All discounts featured apply to full admission prices..
7  Offer excludes use during Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.
8  Offer not valid for evening (starting at 6pm or later) or pre-book events – except where otherwise stated.
9  Customers must call the venue in advance of their visit, stating that they are in possession of a “Priceline free days out voucher”, to check availability, discuss the usage of the offer (restrictions may apply e.g. minimum height) and book their session. Some attractions are only open at certain periods.
10  The list of participating days out venues remains subject to change. Please contact your chosen venue to confirm continual availability of the offer. Should a chosen venue no longer be participating, contact Priceline Customer service who will provide you with alternate venue options and an updated voucher.
11  Participating days out venues reserve the right to vary prices, times and offer availability.


6. Free Yoga Voucher 
Conditions of Use: These terms are to be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions which apply to all of the rewards.
1  The voucher entitles the bearer to claim one free yoga session at one participating venue listed on the dedicated website: www.priceline.com.au.
2  The voucher can be used for advance bookings only and bookings are subject to promotional availability at participating venues.

7. Free Personal Trainer Session 
Conditions of Use: These terms are to be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions which apply to all of the rewards.
1  The voucher entitles the bearer to claim one free personal trainer session at one participating venue/trainer listed on the dedicated website: www.priceline.com.au.
2  The voucher can be used for advance bookings only and bookings are subject to promotional availability at participating venues. The voucher may not be redeemed with a trainer you already have personal training sessions with.

8. Flight Centre Voucher 
Conditions of Use: These terms are to be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions which apply to all of the rewards.
1  The Flight Centre Travel Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (7 working days after your voucher is redeemed) and is valued at the nominated amount.
2  Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card is redeemable for merchandise or services at participating stores only; not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts; must be redeemed before expiry date.
3  Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
4  If purchase exceeds available card balance, you must make up difference with another payment method.
5  Check available card balance by calling 1300 55 33 80.
6  Flight Centre reserve the right to change any terms contained in these terms of use at any time.
7  The store is not obliged to accept the use of this card on a sale of under $20.

9. Ella BachĂŠ Voucher 
Conditions of Use: These terms are to be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions which apply to all of the rewards.
1  The Ella BachĂŠ Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (7 working days after your voucher is redeemed) and is valued at the nominated amount.
2  Gift cards can be redeemed for either facial and body treatments only
3  Gift cards can not be redeemed for products
4  If purchase exceeds available card balance, you must make up difference with another payment method.

10. ACCOR HOTELs’ Voucher 
Conditions of Use: These terms are to be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions which apply to all of the rewards.
1  The Card should be looked after by the Customer like cash. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection, or deposit account is associated with the Card.

3  The Card can be used to redeem the Card Value principally towards pre-booked accommodation at publicly available rates (excluding Advantage Plus or Accor Vacation Club rates or benefits, or with contracted, negotiated or third party online rates). Any available remaining balance on the Card can then be used towards payment or part-payment of the Holder’s room account, including in-house restaurant dining, or other incidental food and beverage charges; however no change will be given for the unused balance of the Card.
4  The Card expires 12 months after the date on which it is issued or activated by Accor Hospitality. Any unused value remaining on the Card on its expiry is not refundable.
5  The Card remains the property of Accor Hospitality at all times.
6  Reservations at a Service Provider’s hotel are subject to allocation and availability at the time of reservation.
7  Blackout dates may apply to publicly available rates, including school holidays and public holidays, or any special events periods. Room allocations fill quickly during special events, school holidays, public holidays and weekends and no guarantee can be given that an allocated room will be available at any Service Provider's hotel or for the days that a Holder may prefer.
8  All Card reservations for a Service Provider’s hotel must be made via the Accor Hospitality’s central reservation department’s, or individual hotel reservations’ department published telephone numbers and when making a reservation the Holder must advise Reservations they will be using a Card as payment method, and must quote the relevant Card number, and must also quote a credit card number.
9  If a Holder cancels a reservation, the holder must do so by contacting Reservations and advising of the relevant cancellation (‘Cancellation Notice’). If the Holder fails to give the Cancellation Notice as required before the date of arrival at the relevant Service Provider’s hotel, pursuant to the reservation, the Service Provider will be entitled to deduct from the Card Value a cancellation fee determined in accordance with the Service Provider’s usual policy.
10  10. Cards are valid in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji at participating Service Providers. A Card entitles the bearer to use the Card Value as a payment method for overnight accommodation at the hotel's 'Best Unrestricted Rate' at the time of booking, or any accessible publicly available rates at time of stay, at any participating Sofitel, Pullman, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, All Seasons or Ibis hotel in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji as listed in the Accor Gift Card Hotel Directory at the specified redemption rate advised by Reservations at each of the Service Providers. Participating Service Providers may change from time to time and an up-to-date list may be obtained from the Gift Card co-ordinator appointed by Accor Hospitality ('Gift Card Co-ordinator') by request or online at Accor Hospitality's website being, www.accorgiftplus.com.au. Where the Card has been used to acquire Services from a Service Provider that operates a hotel in New Zealand or Fiji, payment for those Services must be made by reducing the balance of the Card in accordance with the provisions of ACCOR HOTELs’ VOUCHER – Conditions of Use term 3. If the amount that a Customer is required to pay to the Service Provider in New Zealand or Fijian dollars (as applicable) exceeds the Australian dollar value of the balance left on the Card, the Customer will be required to pay the difference in New Zealand or Fijian dollars (as applicable) to the Service Provider.   Additional value cannot be added to a Card. All transactions are declined once a Card balance reaches zero. Holders may check the balance of their Card at any time by request to the Gift Card Co-ordinator, or online at Accor Hospitality's website being, www.accorgiftplus.com.au. Please note that there may be a delay between the time the Holder makes redemption and the time the redemption is reflected in the Gift Card balance shown. As a result the balance shown will not necessarily include all redemptions the Holder has made before its balance enquiry. The Holder agrees that notwithstanding what the Card balance is shown as, it is not entitled to redeem the Card for more than: a) the nominated value of the Card; or b) the actual remaining balance of the Card. Any additional value sought by a Holder will require the purchase of a new Card and Card Value, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any dollar value remaining on a Card may not be used to purchase an additional Card. The Holder may, however, redeem the Card Value, in exchange for Services, on two or more separate Cards.
11  All Cards will be valid for twelve months only from the date of issue, or as per the pre-printed date of expiry ("Validity Period"), as detailed on the reverse of each Card. The Card Value must be used during the Validity Period. Following expiry of the Validity Period the Card will expire and any unused balance will not be refunded.
