2. Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4a. To enter, entrants must log on to
www.empireonline.com.au and follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested details including name, address postcode, email address, DOB, contact number, and answer the question in 25 words or less and then submit the fully completed entry form.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid and discarded.
6. Only one entry permitted per person in each competition.
