To be eligible for the advertised promotion, entrants must be Australian residents to enter the competition during the promotional period. To enter the promotion, entrants must complete in full, in the required manner the online entry form found at

Entry is open to all Australian Residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating outlets, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Eligible entrants will be required to provide all mandatory information required for the promotion. Such information may include their name, address, current and valid email address and telephone number. All eligible entries must include an answer to the following question:
Describe your ultimate car adventure in 25 words or less for your chance to win. Incorrect, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible to enter.
Only one entry per person. Internet entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The promotion starts on 25/11/2010 and closes on 09/12/2010.
Entry opens at 12.01am (AEST) on 25/11/2010 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) on 09/12/2010.
The entries will be judged by the Promoter and the winners will be chosen on 10/12/2010 by Kmart Tyre & Auto Service, Level 2, 7-9 Barwell Ave, Castle Hill NSW 2154, Australia at its absolute discretion. Prize winners will be notified by email and prizes distributed to postal addresses provided on their entry.
This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Entries will be judged based on creativity. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Total Prize pool is valued at $1,190.00.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Promoters accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit. Total prize pool value of up to $1,190.00.
If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier's requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The personal information gathered as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner/s. Your personal information will be disclosed to the Promoter for these purposes only.
