Conditions of Entry
1) Information on how to enter this Promotion and information on prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Promotion or acceptance of a prize is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2) The Promoter is The Bethanie Group Inc (ABN 60 922 323 648) of Bethanie House. 216 Stirling Highway, Claremont, Western Australia ("Promoter").
3) The Promotion commences at 08.00am (AEDT) on 19th November, 2010 and ends at 5:00pm (AEDT) on 10th December, 2010 ("Promotional Period").
4) Except for staff who may be under the age of 18 years, entry is only open to individuals aged 18 years or older of Australian residency residing in Western Australia. Those staff members under the age of 18 will need their parent / guardian present when accepting their prize. All winners under the age of 18 forfeit any alcoholic inclusion within the prize. ("Eligible Entrant").
5) In order to enter the Promotion, an Eligible Entrant must visit
www.bethanie.com.au/win within the Promotional Period and enter their details:
i) Name,
ii) Phone Number,
iii) Email Address,
iv) Bethanie facility/service visited (Residential, Community or Villages),
v) Bethanie to collect prize from,
vi) Comments on the website.
6) Eligible Entrants are entitled to complete a single entry within the Promotional Period.
7) There will be a single prize draw, held at Bethanie House, Claremont (11/12/2010) for each prize as follows:
i) Residential,
ii) Villages,
iii) Community.
iv) Staff (x4).
It is a condition of acceptance of the prize that the winner will collect their prize from their nominated Bethanie property within one week (7 days) of the prize draw.
9) All winners will be notified by the phone number supplied at the time of entry.
10) Total maximum prize pool for the Promotion is valued at AU$ 298.50(GST inclusive).
11) The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in any prize value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash in part and/or in full.
13) No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
14) The Promoter, their related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15) The Promoter and Licensed Network Partners are not liable for any tax implications (including any Fringe Benefits or Personal Income Tax) that may arise from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought prior to the acceptance of the prize.
16) If for any reason the prize winner(s) do not take up the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
17) If any prize or any part of the prize cannot, in the option of The Promoter, be provided for any reason, then The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize to the same value, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
18) If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any directions given under relevant lottery legislation) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
19) The Promoter and Licensed Network Partners are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Promotion.
20) The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and residency prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
21) With respect to Privacy Consent, to provide this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about the entrant. If the entrant does not provide the information requested, the Promoter may not be able to provide the entrant with the Promotion entry. iii Use the winner's personal information in any media for publicity purposes associated with the Promotion without any further payment or other compensation, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at time of accepting the prize.
