“The Making of a Chef” Luke Mangan - 3 copies to be won

To celebrate the 1st November release of “The Making of a Chef” the autobiography of Luke Mangan, New Holland and Inside Cuisine are giving you the chance to win 1 of 3 copies during November.

When I received my copy, I read this fantastic book twice. I love the photos and stories of Luke as a young lad and throughout his cooking career. As Luke would say – giddyup!

For your chance to win just:

1. Enter your email address in the “Subscribe Now” box (available at the top of every page) to subscribe to InsideCuisine.com and receive notifications of new posts by email. Existing email subscribers are also eligible to enter.

2. Email insidecuisine@gmail.com (email subject Win Luke Mangan autobiography) with your name and address, and the name of one of Luke Mangan’s current restaurants. One entry per reader.

3. There’s three cookbooks to give away. You can enter no matter where you live in the world. (you just need to subscribe to Inside Cuisine email updates then email your name and address and answer). Entries close 10pm Tuesday 30th November (Australian daylight saving time). The winner will be announced on Wednesday 1st December.

Luke has owned and operated a number of award winning restaurants and bars. His current portfolio of restaurants includes Glass Brasserie at the Hilton in Sydney, Salt Tokyo in Japan and South Food + Wine in San Francisco, with more planned in the near future.
