I saw this in Ritchies Supa IGA Bottle Shop.  The bottles have sort of square promotional stuff on the lid.

How to enter:

To enter the online scratchie component of the competition, entrants must, during the Entry Period, come to this URL, follow the prompts to the entry page, input the requested details including their full name, postal address, email address, unique code from the promotional neck tag from the product purchased, and date of purchase, and submit the fully completed online entry form. Terms and Conditions

1. Instructions on how to enter and information on prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Individuals acknowledge that at the time they enter the promotion the instant prizes as detailed below may have already been won.

2. Subject to clause 3, the promotion is only open to individuals who:
(a) are Australian residents;
(b) are aged 18 years or over;
(c) have a valid email address;
(d) have a mailing address within Australia; and
(e) purchase the relevant eligible products from a participating liquor retailer within Australia.

3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim or enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Business customers are ineligible to participate in this promotion.

4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims or entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits a prize claim or entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the prize claim or entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible prize claims or entries will be deemed invalid.

6. The "Entry Period" commences 1/11/2010 and closes at 11:59pm AEDST on 31/12/2010.

Entrants will receive a promotional unique code on the promotional neck tag of participating products for the purposes of entry into the online scratchie component of the competition.

8. There will be two (2) components for this promotion. The first component an online "You could win $10,000" 5 from 40 Sractch Game ("online scratchie component"). The second component is a Instant win prize component where entrants will have the opportunity to scratch the promotional neck tag to reveal if they are an instant winner or not ("instant win component").

9. Multiple entries permitted to the online scratchie component subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per person per day (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; (c) only one (1) unique code per entry is permitted; (d) the same unique code cannot be used more than once; and (e) unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid.

10. To enter the online scratchie component of the competition, entrants must, during the Entry Period, visit www.everyonesgotachance.com.au follow the prompts to the entry page, input the requested details including their full name, postal address, email address, unique code from the promotional neck tag from the product purchased, and date of purchase, and submit the fully completed online entry form.

11. Once the above process has been competed, entrants will then be permitted to participate in the online scratchie component "You could win $10,000" 5 from 40 Scratch Game by selecting only five (5) matching panels from the forty (40) displayed on the screen. If the five (5) panels selected reveal five (5) winning icons, a message will be placed instantly online confirming that they are a provisional winner of $10,000 and will be provided details on how to claim their prize. Different icons will be used to represent winning and losing panels.

12. Instant win prize component: On the neck tag of participating promotional products there will also be a scratch and reveal panel. Entrants are to scratch the scratch and reveal panel to reveal if they are a provisional winner or not. There will be a total of three (3) instant win prizes to be won. Instant win prizes consist of 3 x $500 prizes. All provisional instant winners will be required to send their original necktag containing the winning scratch and reveal panel to Kinetic Marketing at 201 Darling Street Balmain NSW 2041 for verification. All claims for the instant win prize component must be received by last mail on 31/03/2011.

13. Winners will be published in the Australian on 2/2/2011.

14. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) and promotional neck tag(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the liquor retailer of purchase.

15. Prize claims which do not include an original purchase receipt and promotional neck tag(s) will be deemed invalid and the entrant will forfeit any right to receive any prize. It is the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter to determine the validity of prize claims. The Promoter recommends that entrants retain a photocopy of their purchase receipt(s) for all claims as proof of purchase. Purchase receipt(s) will be returned to the entrant upon verification of prize claim. The Promoter takes no responsibility for receipt(s) which may be lost in the mail, misdirected mail or late mail deliveries. The Promoter recommends that the eligible entrants send their receipts and by registered mail, however the eligible entrants will be responsible for the cost.

16. Total prize [pool value is up to $1,500,001,500. Based on the maximum possible prize pool for the online scratchie component (being $10,000 x 150,000 promotional neck tags), plus the 3 instant winners ($500 each). All prizes are cash prizes and will be paid in the form of a cheque directly to valid claimant. Winners should allow 28 days for delivery of prizes. The odds of winning in the online scratchie are 1 in 658,008.

17. An unclaimed prize draw will take place to award any unclaimed prizes in the instant win prize component, at Kinetic Marketing, 201 Darling Street Balmain NSW at 10am AEDST on 01/04/2011, subject to any written directions from a lottery authority. The winner(s), if any, will be notified by email. Winners will be published in The Austrtalian on 12/04/2011. If no prizes are claimed in the online scratchie component, all entrants will be entered into a draw to win on (1) prize of cash to the value of $2,000.

18. If the $2,000 prize is unclaimed, an additional unclaimed prize draw will take place at Kinetic Marketing, 201 Darling Street Balmain NSW at 10am AEDST on 01/07/2011 subject to any written directions from a lottery authority. The winner, if any, will be notified by email. Winners will be published in The Australian on 15/07/2011.

19. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their correct contact and address details are provided and any updated details are notified to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should the entrant fail to receive their prize because of a failure to notify the Promoter of the change to these details.

21. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

23. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

24. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

25. Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid instant prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all instant prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant win game void if forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. There will be a total of 150,000 promotional neck tags printed for this promotion.

26. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at www.nhmrc.gov.au.

27. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential; arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim, entry, prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; (e) force majeure; or (f) use of the prize.

28. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
