What begins as research for an article about the Vél’ d’Hiv Roundup of Jews in France in 1942 becomes a journey towards self-discovery as Armond stumbles upon a terrible secret and discovers the heartbreaking story of a Jewish family forced out of their home: a home that is now her own.
As Armond starts to see, live and breathe through Sarah, the family’s eldest daughter, her world is turned upside down. Can one put aside shadows from the past?
Madman Entertainment and The AJN are giving away double passes to special preview screenings of Sarah’s Key in Melbourne on December 9 at 6.30pm at Palace Como; Sydney on December 15 at 6.30pm at Dendy Opera Quays; Brisbane on December 13 at 6.30pm at Dendy Portside Cinemas; Adelaide on December 15 at 6.30pm at Palace Eastend Cinemas; and Perth on December 6 at 6.30pm at Cinema Paradiso.

Competition entries for the Perth screening close at noon on Thursday, December 2; for the Brisbane and Melbourne screenings at noon on Monday, December 6; and for the Sydney and Adelaide screenings at noon on Monday, December 13.
The winners for each screening will be drawn at the AJN Melbourne office on the respective competition closing dates mentioned above.
The winner will be drawn randomly and contacted by email only, using the email registered by the winner. The AJN cannot be held responsible for entrants not checking their email.
