1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. You must be a member of Taste.com.au to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 9.00AM AEST on 1 December 2010 and closes at 12.00AM AEST on 31 December 2010 (Promotion Period).
4. To enter, consumers must be a member of Taste.com.au and go online to www.taste.com.au and answer the question: "In 25 words or less, tell us your favourite way to eat grapes 5. There will be one prize winner chosen by a judging panel based on the creativity of the questions asked. The judging will take place on 14 January 2011. The winner will be notified by email. The winner's name will be published on Taste.com.au from 24 January 2011.
6. There are one prize of one x four nights' accommodation for two people at Cape Lodge, daily gourmet breakfast and one dinner for two in Cape Lodge Restaurant plus return airfares for two from any Australian capital city to Perth. The total prize is worth up to $6,000 depending on where the winner is located and is subject to the following conditions:
* The accommodation prize is valid until June 30, 2011 and is not extendable
* Check-in is 3.00pm, check-out is 11.00am
* Two night minimum booking required on weekends
* 10 days' notice must be given for cancellations
* Special booking conditions, surcharges and packages apply on public holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year until the end of January
* This voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable

12. All entries become the property of Taste.com.au. Entrants will not be contacted by the third party.
13. Taste.com.au shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Taste.com.au shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
