When you spend $30 or more on specialty Fresh Food, our friendly Fresh Food retailer will stamp your receipts and issue you with an entry form to complete and drop in our entry box located on Level 2, Fresh Food Market outside Target.

To be eligible to enter, entrants must spend $30 or more in one day in the Fresh Food market at Westfield Chatswood during the promotional period. $30 spend may be across multiple retailers, but must be made on the same day. The Fresh Food market retailers include and are limited to:

Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms & Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees, management and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and employees and management (and their immediate families) of Westfield Chatswood retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

To enter, entrants must fill in the entry form given to them by any of the Fresh Food retailers and placed in the barrel located in the Fresh Food precinct next to the prize display. Receipts must be kept as proof of purchase.
6.
The promotional period commences at 9am Sydney Local Time on 16.10.2010 and closes 5.00pm Sydney Local Time on 05.12.2010.

Prize will be drawn on Monday 06.12.2010 at 9am Sydney Local Time at Westfield Chatswood Centre Management 1 Anderson St, Chatswood and can be picked up from Westfield Chatswood Centre Management, 1 Anderson St, Chatswood. Winners name will be available on www.westfield.com from 12.12.2010. Receipts will be requested as proof of purchase and prize will continue to be redrawn until valid entry is selected.
9.
If the winner of the draw prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
10.
Redemption of the prize is subject to any terms and conditions of Westfield Chatswood and can be found on www.westfield.com
11.
Total prize pool value is $5,505.95. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
12.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
13.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) use of a prize.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
