Tickets are valid for up to 6 months from date of issue (outgoing and return flights must be completed within this period) and are nonrefundable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any other benefits in kind. All bookings are subject to availability. Bookings cannot be made on flights during weekends, eve of public holidays, public holidays and other embargo periods. Please do check with AirAsia X for said periods. Changes to the flight destinations are not permitted unless agreed upon by AirAsia X. AirAsia X will not entertain any request to extend the validity period. The prize DOES NOT include all relevant airport taxes and fees. Prize is subject to AirAsia X Terms and Conditions of Carriage. 8. Promotion commences on Dec 8, 2010 at 6pm and entries can be received from this date. Entries close on Jan 31, 2010 at 5pm. The winner selection will take place at Network Video Head Office on the Feb 15, 2010. Winners will be notified by phone or email. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. To receive the prize you must be a member of a Network Video store. If you are not a member, upon winning, you can join your nearest store to collect your prize.
11. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
12. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible and prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or kind.
13. Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter
14. Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
16. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming regulations 1993 (SA).
