What is the K-Kard?Grab your plastic K-Kard from the January issue of K-Zone. This is your own personal K-Kard and your key to the K-Kash vault. You're gonna need the pin number on the back of your K-Kard to set up your personal account so get your mitts on it! You can't set up a K-Kash account without it!
My card code isn't working in registration?Make sure you enter the pin correctly from the back of your K-Kash Kard. Do you have a letter O or number 0? If it looks like a diamond then it is to be entered as the number 0. If it looks more like a circle, then you must enter it as a letter O. One code can only open up one K-Kash account.
What is the Ultimate K-Kash Decoder for?Use this Decoder to crack the codes you find in the mag and on
www.kzone.com.au . Each code symbol is matched to a letter of the alphabet. Turn code symbols into words and enter them in the K-Kash Vault.

What do I do once I have a code?Make sure you use your Decoder to correctly spell out the code words. Log in to
www.kzone.com.au , click on the K-Kash icon, login to the Vault and enter your code in the window that says "Enter Code" and click SUBMIT.
Can I enter a code more than once?No, each code can only be entered once.
Why isn't my code working?Did you decode it correctly using your Ultimate K-Kash Decoder? If it's still not working you may have already collected the code or it could be an invalid code. Please contact us if you’re still having trouble.
What happens if I share my codes with friends?Why would you share your codes? You’re only giving other people a greater chance of winning a price over you! If we find out that you’re sharing codes you’ll be disqualified! Sorry – that’s just the way it goes!
Can I buy more than one prize?To keep K-Kash fair you can only buy one prize. Please keep this in mind when you make your choice as this will be final. With your remaining points you can get entries into the competition for other prizes. If you don’t spend all your points, you’ll be able to carry your credits over to the brand new kzone.com.au where you can use your points to buy ‘virtual items’ and win other cool prizes.
How long does it take for my prize to arrive?Prizes will be sent within 28 days of the close of the competition.
What if something is 'sold out'? Can I still buy it?You need to get in quick to get the item you want, but don't stress because it may be back! Keep an eye out because every day we will be adding new prizes to the vault so more of the prize could become available again!
What does 'coming soon' mean?Some prizes in the vault will say that they are coming soon. Every day, new prizes will be added to the vault, so you need to keep coming back to see what new stuff you can buy. Sometimes, we bring things that are sold out back so you can try and score the prize again.
Where do I find a particular product in the shop?Click on the K-Store tab and then scope out the categories below for one that matches what you’re looking for. You should be able find what you’re after!
Can you tell me when prizes will hit the vault?The K-Kash crew will not let you know over email when prizes or codes are released in the vault. However, if you sign up as a K-Kash VIP you’ll score extra secret hints.

Do I have to sign up for K-Kash VIP to play K-Kash?No, VIP is an extra feature to add a new dimension to the game. You can still play K-Kash as a regular member!
If something is 'VIP only' in the vault, does this mean I can't get it as a regular member?
You need to be signed up as an Online VIP K-Kash member to access any ‘VIP only’ prizes in the vault.
Where do I sign up for K-Kash VIP?First, register as a regular K-Kasher using your K-Kard registration code. Once you're in the vault, click the 'Become VIP' tab and follow the instructions.
Do I need a PayPal account to sign up?No, you can sign up as a free K-Kash player or sign up for Kash VIP using a credit card. Please see the ‘Become VIP’ page for more details.
When does K-Kash end?The K-Kash vault closes at 6pm AEDST on 15 January, 2011.
Where can I buy K-Zone Magazine?Head to your local Supermarket or Newsagent to buy a copy of the mag! If there are none on the shelf just ask for it!
Can I enter if I live in countries outside Australia and New Zealand?Sorry guys, if you're not from Oz or NZ then you can't enter!
Do I have to be a certain age to join K-Kash crew?You need to be under the age of 16 to play. If you’re older, sorry – you’re not eligible to win any K-Kash prizes. We’ll be randomly checking birth certificates just to make sure you’re the right age to play – so no cheating’s allowed!
Why did you delete my account?If K-Kash closed your account then it means that you did not follow the rules! K-Kash doesn't like when people don't play fair! Check out the terms and conditions for more info (these are the ones you agreed to when you registered).

`General
Information on becoming a K-Kash member form part of these Terms and Conditions. By becoming a K-Kash member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
K-Kash membership is established and operated by Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd, 8 Central Ave, Eveleigh NSW 2015 (ABN 16 097 410 896) (‘Pacific Magazines’).
K-Kash membership is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 16 years old or younger at the time they became members and who have purchased the January 2011 issue of K-Zone magazine and registered their details in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Membership is not open to employees of Pacific Magazines and their immediate family members, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family members include any of the following: child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
You must be 16 years of age or younger to become a K-Kash member. You must obtain the prior permission from your legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 to join K-Kash. Your parent or guardian may be called to verify their consent for you to join K-Kash and may be required to sign a release at the discretion of Pacific Magazines. Such release will ask your parent or guardian to confirm your age and will ask your parent or guardian to confirm their consent for you to become a K-Kash member. The release will require your parent or guardian to accept responsibility for your acts and forbearances including any breach of these Terms and Conditions. The release will include the full name, address and telephone number of your parent or legal guardian. Failure to provide such proof, particulars or releases will immediately invalidate your account and claims you have to any Rewards.The promotion commences 13/12/10 at 08:00 AEDT and closes 15/01/11 at 18:00 AEDT (‘Promotional Period’). The K-Kash prize vault will be open from 08:00 AEDT and 18:00 AEDT daily during the Promotional Period except Christmas Day,New Year’s Day and Sundays..

How to become a K-Kash member: i) purchase a copy of the January 2011 issue of K-Zone magazine; ii) log onto
www.kzone.com.au and register the unique K-Kash code found in the January 2011 issue of K-Zone magazine.
How to become a K-Kash VIP member: i) after becoming a K-Kash member, follow the online prompts at www.kzone.com.au to become a K-Kash VIP member. A membership fee must be paid to become member of K-Kash VIP. The fee must be paid by your legal parent or guardian over the age of 18. In agreeing to pay a fee for you to become a K-Kash VIP member, your legal parent or guardian must also agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for you to become a VIP member.
Membership of VIP K-Kash gives members access to the VIP members’ only section of the K-Zone website, including access to VIP members’ only Rewards. When joining K-Kash, you must provide all requested contact details (‘Personal Details’). Personal Details relating to membership must be correct and Pacific Magazines may at any time require you to provide proof of identity. Failure to provide proof of identity at the request of Pacific Magazines or entry of incorrect Personal Details will invalidate a member’s K-Kash account and any claim to any Rewards.
Pacific Magazines highly recommends a current residential street address be provided when requested for ease of correspondence and potential Reward delivery. Pacific Magazines will make all reasonable efforts to deliver Rewards to the addresses provided by you, but cannot guarantee delivery. Pacific Magazines cannot guarantee that any Rewards returned to Pacific Magazines due to non-delivery at the provided address will be re-sent.
Membership of both K-Kash and VIP K-Kash will cease at 18:00 AEDT on 15/01/11. You will continue to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on the cessation of your membership. For full details of membership click here. Your Membership of either K-Kash or VIP K-Kash may be terminated by Pacific Magazines at any time without notice if Pacific Magazines believes you have breached these Terms and Conditions. Codewords may be used in further promotions established by the Promoter at the Promoter’s discretion.
Redemption of Codewords
K-Kash Codewords will be hidden throughout both the January 2011 issue of K-Zone magazine and online at
www.kzone.com.au during the Promotional Period. K-Kash members can search for these Codewords and register all those they find by logging into their account at
www.kzone.com.au. K-Kash Rewards (‘Rewards’) will then be available by redemption of varying numbers of Codewords by K-Kash members during the Promotional Period. Each codeword may only be entered once by each K-Kash account holder. K-Kash Codewords cannot be transferred between or across members’ accounts.
K-Kash VIP Rewards (‘VIP Rewards’) will be available by redemption of varying numbers of Codewords by K-Kash VIP members during the Promotional Period. Each Codeword may only be entered once by each K-Kash VIP account holder. K-Kash Codewords cannot be transferred between or across VIP members’ accounts.
K-Kash Codewords cannot be published or shared on any public forum including, but not limited to; blogs, chat rooms, dedicated lotteries discussion forums, newspapers without the prior permission from Pacific Magazines. Members suspected to be breaching this term will have their K-Kash account invalidated and not be able to claim any Rewards.

Rewards will be sent within 28 days from the end of the Promotional Period. Any Rewards you have validly earned and claimed will be sent to your nominated address as stated in your original membership entry. Pacific Magazines, associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion takes no responsibility for any Rewards damaged or lost in transit.
In the event a winner does not take a Reward within one month then the entire Reward will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Reward.
All winners are advised that the allocated classification guidelines for any film or game Rewards must be adhered to as per usual standards set out by the film Classification Board and associated legislation.
Reward winners and their parents or guardians are advised that tax implications may arise from their Reward winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that Reward.
If a Reward is unavailable, for whatever reason, Pacific Magazines reserves the right to substitute the Reward for a Reward of equal or greater value. It is a condition of accepting the Reward that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Reward and Reward supplier’s requirements. Each Reward must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Reward as stated.
Further conditions
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including as a result of infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Pacific Magazines which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Pacific Magazines [subject to state and territory legislation] reserves the right to disqualify any individual who may have tampered with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion as the Promoter sees fit.
Pacific Magazines reserves the right to request the winner or winner’s parent or legal guardian sign a winner’s deed of release or any other relevant forms or agreements that Pacific Magazines deems necessary, to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency at the nominated Reward delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a Reward. Reward winners (and their companions) agree to granting Pacific Magazines a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winners (and their companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Pacific Magazines (including its’ officers, employees and agents), affiliate companies together with their associated agencies and companies exclude all liability for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits or opportunity), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion including (but not limited to) in any claim that may arise:
a) during the claiming of Rewards;
b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Promotion;
c) in the participation, acceptance or use of any Reward or Rewards;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected entries, membership applications or claims for Rewards;
e) due to the broadcast of any program or publication of any material relating to the Promotion, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, contractor, journalist, other Entrants or any other person;
f) in relation to the failure of an entry, membership application or Reward claim to be received by Pacific Magazines on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
g) in relation to any damage or loss to Member’s or any other person's computer software, computer equipment or internet connection resulting from or related to participation in this Promotion;
h) any variation in Reward or Reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
i) any technical difficulties, technical error or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Pacific Magazines’ control); or
j) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay, defect, theft, or unauthorised access by any third party.
Pacific Magazines reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time and without notice. Pacific Magazines also reserves the right to amend Codewords, Rewards on offer, or requirements for Codeword redemption at any time without notice.
