To be eligible, job seekers must register their details at www.lifestylecareers.com.au website and set up daily or weekly email job alerts.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.   Entry instructions and prize information form part of the Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.   The promoter of the competition is Lifestyle Careers ABN 54 572 856 486 of PO Box 165, Glenbrook NSW 2773, (“Promoter”).
3.   To be eligible for a chance to win, participants must first register on the www.lifestylecareers.com.au website as a job seeker. The giveaway is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only. Entrants must have a valid email address and must be 18 years of age or older. Entrants may only register once for the giveaway. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible registrations will be deemed invalid for the purposes of this competition.
4.   The giveaway draw commences at 12.00 Noon on 13 July 2010 and closes at 5.00pm 31 December 2010.
5.   The prize is a 16GB Wi-Fi Apple iPadTM. If for whatever reason the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is valued at RRP$629.00 based on pricing appearing at the Apple website as at 13 July 2010. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
6.   The draw for the prize will take place 5.00pm on 31 December 2010 at Euroka Road, Glenbrook NSW 2773.
7.   Luck plays no chance in the draw. The number 10,000 job seeker to register on the website to set up and to receive email job alerts will win the prize. If this number is not reached than the closet registration to this number will be the prize winner.
8.   The winner will be notified by telephone and by official email on the next business day after the draw. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by email to confirm the address for delivery of the prize. The Promoter will express post the prize to the winner. The Promoter will not be liable for any damage to the prize caused during postage or shipping.
9.   If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the email notifying them of their win, the winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter may re-draw the competition.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process (including fraud).
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the identity of an entrant.
12. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion including any damage to or loss of any entry or any damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to participation in this competition.
13. Each entrant will consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.
14. Subject to clause 10 if for any reason a winner does not redeem the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
15. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the competition. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition.
