7. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prizes. The prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
8. Unless specified otherwise any other costs associated with redeeming a prize is not included, including transport, accommodation and other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the tickets, vouchers and gift cards or attending any event. Any unused balance of the tickets, vouchers and gift cards will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the tickets, vouchers and gift cards is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the tickets, vouchers and gift cards. 9. All prizes are valued in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified. 11. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 08/06/2011 at the same time and place as the original draw, in order to award a prize, or if no longer available, a prize of equivalent value and specification as determined by the Promoter, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing by email. Winners' names, if any, will be published online at

12. If for any reason a winner does not take a prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited. Prizes, including any unused portion, are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries/prize claims and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the prize claim/entry process or who submits a prize claim/entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
13. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected prize claims or entries. Incomplete, indecipherable or incomprehensible prize claims/entries will be ineligible. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned in any respect due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone or amend the promotion, subject however to the written directions of any competent authority. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. 15. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct security verification checks at its absolute discretion. Prize winners may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize and the winners (and their companion/s) may be required to sign a deed of release.
17. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only 1 entry per day per person is permitted; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
