Dora’s Christmas Carol Competition
1. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of the “Dora’s Christmas Carol Competitionâ€
2. Employees and immediate families of Nickelodeon Australia and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition is a game of chance. An electronic draw will be conducted at Nickelodeon Offices, 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde, NSW 2113.
4. There is one method of entry for this competition.

To enter, entrants must log onto the Nick Jr. website (
www.nickjr.com.au) and fill out information form and register. 2) If the entrant has previously registered their details they are only required to enter their NickName and Password in order to enter the competition. Entrants must also enter the codeword shown in the episode for entry into the competition.
5. Dora’s Christmas Carol Competition Competition commences from Saturday 11th December 2010 at 5pm and closes on Saturday 18th December 2010 at 5pm. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
6. The competition will be judged on 20th of December 2010 at Nickelodeon offices, 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde, NSW, 2113.

9. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.
10. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an item of similar value.
11. The Judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. Winners will be notified by mail. The major prize winner will also be advertised in The Australian Newspaper on Wednesday 23 December, 2010. All reasonable efforts will be taken to contact prize winners. In the event of any unclaimed prizes, prizes will be distributed in accordance with directions given by relevant state authorities. Redraw will occur at 10am on 21 March, 2011 at 5 Thomas Holt Drive, North Ryde, NSW 2113. In the event of a redraw, the winners will be advertised in the public section of the Australian Newspaper on Wednesday 23 March, 2011.
13. All entries become the property of the promoter and may be used for promotional purposes. By entering the competition, each entrant consents to their personal information being entered on to a database.
