1. Information on how to enter the Showbiz “12 Days of Christmas” promotion (Promotion) and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions of entry.
3. The promoter is Showbiz International Pty Ltd, trading as Showbiz Box Office (Promoter) ABN 40 085 982 789 of Level 3, 579 Harris St, Ultimo NSW 2007.
4. The Promotion commences at 9am (AEST) on December 1, 2010 and entries close at midnight (AEST) on December 24, 2010 (Promotional Period).
5. Entry is open to Australian residents who are over 18.
How to Enter
6. To enter this Promotion, entrants must purchase in full a show gift voucher or TicketCash™ during the Promotional Period to win 1 of 12 Showbiz Christmas Gift Packs valued at $500 each.
Eligibility
7. Employees of the Promoter (Employees) and their Related Bodies Corporate (as this term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and such Employees' immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
8. The following is prohibited, will be deemed invalid and relevant entries will be disqualified:
a.
incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries;
b.
defamatory, offensive or obscene entries;
c.
show gift vouchers or TicketCash that have been partially paid for;
d.
entries that have been tampered with; and/or
e.
Use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly.
9. Entrants warrant that their entry in the Promotion does not breach the intellectual property rights of any third party. The entrant indemnifies and will keep Showbiz International and its Related Bodies Corporate indemnified against any loss, costs, expenses or liability Showbiz International or its Related Bodies Corporate may suffer arising out of a breach by the entrant of this clause
10. The Promoter reserves the right to:

13. The total prize pool value is $6,000.00.
14. The prize value is correct at time of printing and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in the prize value.
15. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize of equal value or specification. No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
16. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
17. Winners will be notified by email and via telephone (if email is unavailable) for each daily prize, commencing from 13 December 2010. Only winners will receive notification.
18. If for any reason a winner does not take an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that prize, or element thereof, will be forfeited.

The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner's name and/or photograph for publicity purposes without any further reference, payment, compensation or remuneration to the winner(s).
