1. This competition commences at 12.00am on 1st November 2010 and closes at 12:00am on 31st January 2011 (‘Promotional Period’). Taking part in this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. The promoter of the competition is Super Happy Fun Company Pty Ltd ABN 26 145 738 781. 3. To be eligible to enter, persons must list their Mobile or Internet contract for transfer through Mobiletrade Australia (via www.mobiletrade.com.au). 4. All persons who list their contract with at least one account during the competition Promotional Period will automatically be entered into the competition. 5. Each contract listed will get one entry. 6. For the purposes of eligibility in the draws, the time of entry is the time the person submits their ad for approval during the Promotional Period. 7. Spam or other non related ads will be deemed ineligible. 8. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. 9. Persons can only win once during the Promotional Period. 10. The winner of the competition will be the first eligible Mobiletrade Australia listing drawn by random selection 2 January 2011. 11. Should an ineligible entry be drawn a redraw will be applied immediately. 12. The winners will be notified by email within two days of the Draw Date. 13. The postal and delivery charge is the responsibility of the Promoter. 14. There is one prize of a gold Apple iPod Shuffle 2gb & one signed copy of a Verusive EP to be won. The prize is valued at $88.95. The prize is not redeemable for cash. 15. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion. 16. If any prizes remain unclaimed after 3 months of the draw, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw in the same manner and place as the original draw. 17.
